Полиции: База данных ДНАА готовая начиная с будущего года

Бермудские островы были в состоянии иметь свою собственную базу данных ДНАА внутри пара лет, для помощи полиций в трескать больше злодеяний. Реформы радикала через полиции и уголовный поступок доказательства (ПОБЕЖКУ) намереваются будут собраны больше образцы, фингерпринты и фотоснимок ДНАА когда люди будут приняты в custody с августа этот год.
Окончательн, образцы ДНАА сформируют часть национальной базы данных. Согласно Марк Crampton, бывший UK главный контролер снабжая реформы: «Нам дают инструменты для того чтобы принести полициям Бермудских островов обслуживание в мир 2його столетие технологии в судебнохимических методах обнаружения злодеяния.»
В настоящее время, фингерпринты, фотоснимки и рот ДНАА пробирки можно только принять с согласием персоны в custody полиций - и это вообще только сделано когда полиции идут поручить их, он объяснило.
От этого лета, их можно законно собрать у все люди принятые в custody для «recordable обид» - те для которых они смогли получить срок тюремного заключения если осужено, то - соглашаются ли они или не. Это не вклюает те арестованные на предписании, которое определяет вокруг 40 процентов detainees.
Озаглавят взять полиции также эти образцы от людей после того как они будут осужены recordable обиды, if not принятых уже.
Г-н. Сказанное Crampton: «Бермудские островы не имеют базу данных ДНАА in place пока, но мы работаем с отделом здоровья для того чтобы посмотреть приносящ в базу данных в пределах обозримого будущее. Смотрели бы, что по крайней мере взяли образцы и хранили полиции их, в ожидании прибытия базы данных будущий год или год поже.»
Доказательство ДНАА уже использовано в судах Бермудских островов для серьезных злодеяний - но специалисты должны лететь внутри от за морем за большие затраты. Их доказательство находится типично вдоль линий базы данных для черной/белой населенности для Канады/выставки США что только номер x людей в номере x миллиарда имело такой профиль ДНАА.

Г-н. Crampton подтвердило что Бермудские островы имеют свою собственную уникально генетическую инфраструктуру. While it will be an expensive and complicated process to set up a DNA database, which will need hundreds of local samples before useful statistics on profiling can be gleaned, he has no doubt that it will be rewarding.
Having the Island’s own database would mean such evidence would be less open to challenge. It would also make it easier for DNA profiling to be used in everyday crimes rather than reserved for matters such as rape and murder, he said.
“DNA in my view is the best evidence to link someone to a crime. It puts them at a certain place, in contact with some property or a person that’s almost unquestionable. We’re trying to move Bermuda into that forensic capability to help solve crime. Our detection rate will improve, that’s what we’re aiming for.”
Reacting to the news, defence lawyer and Shadow Attorney General Mark Pettingill said: “It’s a potentially useful tool. For defendants that are innocent too — it can set you free.”
However, he cautioned: “DNA is circumstantial evidence that may tie a person in with a crime, but you’ve still got to have other evidence. There’s no doubt that DNA has changed the face of things but it’s also been a huge detriment to prosecutions. Jurors have all watched CSI and these days they want to know ‘where’s the hair fibres?’ If you don’t have it, they almost think you don’t have a case.
“It has to be looked at in a very narrow light. It’s not a panacea to solving crimes or getting conviction, but it’s a useful scientific tool to support a case in a circumstantial way. If we create a DNA database here we’ll still have to go through the same processes in the court for admissibility (of evidence). It’s not about the DNA, it’s about the gathering of the evidence and we’ve had times here where the evidence has been gathered appallingly.”

Does this article strike fear in your heart as much as it did in mine , well it bloody well should do . You expect this from the U.K. and the U.S , but from a small island like this? . It will not be long before there is a connected worldwide D.N.A. database . This is no longer conspiracy theory this is beccoming FACT . People before its too late and one day we wake-up with no freedoms left i suggest that you let everyone you know about this article as it has far reaching implications than may at first be apperant , turn to your neighbour , friend or family member and shout as loudly as you can at the top of your lungs WAKE UP!!! .
