And, based on all this evidence, the jury found that the images were of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and certainly did not require a crystal clear resolution that defendant now claims was necessary, yet lacking. واستنادا الى كل هذه الادله ، وجدت هيئة المحلفين ان الصور كانت من القصر يمارس سلوكا جنسيا واضحا ، وبالتأكيد لا تحتاج الى قرار واضح ان المتهم يدعى الآن أمرا ضروريا ، وتفتقر حتى الآن.
