‘War criminal Bush persona non grata’ 'مجرم حرب بوش شخص غير مرغوب فيه'
A senior Lebanese cleric has called on Arab and Muslim countries to declare George W. Bush persona non grata and sue him for ‘war crimes’. اقدم رجل الدين اللبناني قد دعا الدول العربية والإسلامية إلى إعلان جورج دبليو بوش شخصا غير مرغوب فيه ورفع دعوى عليه ل'جرائم الحرب'.
“We want our Muslim and Arab people to …declare that he is a persona non grata who represents crimes,” Seyyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah said in a statement released on Sunday. "نريد ان ديننا الاسلامى والشعب العربي… الى ان يعلن انه هو شخص غير مرغوب فيه والذي يمثل جرائم ،" سيد محمد حسين فضل الله قال في بيان لها يوم الاحد.
“He should soon be tried as a war criminal and a prominent symbol of terrorism in the world,” he added. "وقال انه ينبغي ان يحاكم قريبا بوصفه مجرم حرب وبارز رمزا للارهاب في العالم" ، واضاف.
Fadlallah’s statement came as Bush was visiting Persian Gulf Arab countries in a bid to win their support for confronting Iran. فضل الله كما جاء بيان بوش كان في زيارة البلدان العربية في الخليج الفارسي في محاولة لكسب تأييدهم لمواجهة ايران.
“Attempts to portray Iran as a threat and strategic enemy have failed,” said the cleric, “It has been clear that the motive behind creating an enemy for the Muslims from within is to boost the sales of American weapons,” the senior cleric said. "المحاولات الراميه الى تصوير ايران على انها تشكل تهديدا استراتيجيا ، والعدو قد فشلت ،" وقال رجل الدين ، "لقد كان واضحا أن الدافع وراء خلق عدو للمسلمين من داخل هو زيادة حجم مبيعات الاسلحة الاميركية ، ان" كبار رجال الدين وقال .
He also said the years Bush has spent in office were the ‘bloodiest’ since World War II and coincided with the most ‘unjust crimes and massacres in our region, especially in Iraq and Afghanistan and Palestine.’ كما قال ان بوش قد امضى عاما في منصبه هى 'الاكثر دمويه' منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية وتزامن مع معظم الظالمه الجرائم والمجازر في منطقتنا ، وخاصة في العراق وافغانستان وفلسطين. '
