The head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog has reacted with fury at the United States’ delay in passing on intelligence, after Washington accused North Korea of helping Syria to build secretly a nuclear reactor.主管聯合國核監察機構的反應與憤怒，在美國遲遲未能通過有關情報後，華盛頓指責朝鮮幫助敘利亞建立秘密核反應堆。
