The head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog has reacted with fury at the United States’ delay in passing on intelligence, after Washington accused North Korea of helping Syria to build secretly a nuclear reactor.主管联合国核监察机构的反应与愤怒，在美国迟迟未能通过有关情报后，华盛顿指责朝鲜帮助叙利亚建立秘密核反应堆。
