In the evening a mild mannered Congressman named Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) took to the floor of the House of Representatives and began to read a startling document, a document laying out 35 articles of impeachment against George W. Bush. في المساء خفيف تربية صالحة في الكونغرس اسمه دينيس kucinich (د - اوهايو) أحاط الكلمه لمجلس النواب وبدأت مروعه لقراءة الوثيقة ، وثيقة من وثائق تبين المواد من 35 الاقاله ضد جورج دبليو بوش.
For five hours Congressman Kucinich read clearly and concisely each of the 35 counts against President Bush. لمدة خمس ساعات في الكونغرس kucinich يقرأ بوضوح وايجاز كل واحد من 35 التهم ضد الرئيس بوش. These 35 astounding, criminal, impeachable, and in many cases monstrous offenses were spoken out loud for all to hear and watch on CSPAN. The evidence was read for the world to hear last night, it is now a matter of public record, and it couldn’t be more obvious that George W. Bush has committed an incredible amount of high crimes and misdemeanors. وجاء في الادله للعالم للاستماع الي الليلة الماضية ، وهو الآن المساله في السجل العام ، وانه لا يمكن ان يكون اكثر وضوحا ان جورج دبليو بوش ملتزم لا تصدق المبلغ عالية من الجرائم والجنح.
Two Articles That Could be the Undoing of a President اثنين من المواد التي يمكن ان تكون من رئيس والالغاء
Let’s focus on 2 key articles presented yesterday. دعنا 2 التركيز على عرض المواد الرئيسية امس.
Article XIV states : “Misprision of a Felony, Misuse and Exposure of Classified Information And Obstruction of Justice in the Matter of Valerie Plame Wilson, Clandestine Agent of the Central Intelligence Agency.” المادة الرابعة عشرة : "misprision من جنايه ، والتعرض للاساءة استخدام المعلومات السرية ، وعرقلة سير العدالة في قضية فاليري ويلسون plame ، السرية وكيل وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية الاميركية".
Article XVIII states : “ Torture: Secretly Authorizing, and Encouraging the Use of Torture Against Captives in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Other Places, as a Matter of Official Policy.” المادة الثامنة عشرة تنص على ما يلي : "التعذيب : سرا الاذن ، وتشجيع استخدام التعذيب ضد الاسرى في افغانستان والعراق واماكن اخرى ، على سبيل السياسة الرسمية."
Above all the other crimes committed by George Bush, these Articles could hold the key to waking up the members of the House Judiciary Committee who have been staunchly following the line of the House Speaker by not pursuing impeachment investigations. فوق كل الجرائم الأخرى التي ارتكبها جورج بوش ، هذه المواد يمكن ان مفتاح الاستيقاظ حتى أعضاء اللجنة القضاءيه في مجلس النواب كان من أثر بقوة على خط رئيس مجلس النواب وعدم السعي الى اقالة التحقيقات.
Interestingly enough, yesterday just a short time prior to Kucinich making his historic presentation, the House Judiciary Committee, specifically John Conyers (D-Illinois), and Jerrold Nadler (D-New York), officially “invited” Scott McClellan to testify under oath, and be subject to perjury charges should he lie, to be asked about the following matters: ومن المهم ، امس فترة وجيزة قبل الادلاء بأقواله kucinich العرض التاريخي ، واللجنة القضاءيه في مجلس النواب ، وعلى وجه التحديد جون Conyers (د - الينوي) ، وjerrold nadler (د - نيويورك) ، رسميا "ودعت" سكوت ماكليلان للادلاء بشهادته تحت القسم ، وشهادة الزور أن تخضع للرسوم وقال انه ينبغي ان تقع ، ليكون وردا على سؤال حول المسائل التالية :
(1) What role did Bush, Cheney and key administration officials take in the effort to reveal the identity of covert CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson – thus destroying her network and putting lives in jeopardy? (1) ما هو الدور الذي لم بوش ، تشينى وكبار المسؤولين في الادارة تأخذ في الجهود الراميه الى الكشف عن هوية عميل وكالة المخابرات المركزية السرية فاليري ويلسون plame -- ومن ثم تدمير شبكة بلدها وتعيش في وضع خطر؟
(2) What role did Bush, Cheney and key administration officials take regarding the firing of US Attorneys for political reasons? (2) ما هو الدور الذي لم بوش ، تشينى وكبار المسؤولين في الادارة ان تتخذ فيما يتعلق باطلاق النار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة للمحامين لأسباب سياسية؟
(3) What role did Bush, Cheney and key administration officials take in conspiring to blatantly break US and International laws prohibiting the use of torture? (3) ما هو الدور الذي لم بوش ، تشينى وكبار المسؤولين في الادارة تأخذ في التآمر على نحو صارخ كسر الولايات المتحدة والقوانين الدولية التي تحظر استخدام التعذيب؟
Congressman Robert Wexler (D-Florida), a co-sponsor of these articles of impeachment, has been demanding that the Judiciary Committee subpoena McClellan, as well as Rove, Rice and Powell. Will the media be silent then? Why aren’t these articles of impeachment making their way right now into the public arena to assure that investigations into these articles begin immediately? وسوف تكون وسائل الاعلام ثم صمت ، ولماذا هذه المواد ليست من صنع الاقاله في طريقهم الان الى الساحة العامة للتأكد من ان التحقيقات في هذه المواد تبدأ على الفور؟ Former president Bill Clinton was investigated and impeached in the House for perjury and obstruction of justice over lying about an illicit sexual affair, and then later was cleared in the Senate of the charges in only 21 days . الرئيس السابق بيل كلينتون وجرى التحقيق في impeached في البيت لالحنث باليمين وعرقلة سير العدالة ، والكذب عن وجود اكثر من جنسية غير مشروعة من الامور ، وبعد ذلك تتم الموافقة فى وقت لاحق فى مجلس الشيوخ من التهم المنسوبة اليه في 21 يوما فقط. There wasn’ta paper, tabloid, or TV station in this country that didn’t cover every sordid detail of the investigation that led up to those “high crimes and misdemeanors” – what is the explanation for the echoing silence in the face of the astounding and mountainous amount of evidence of the bloody crimes of George W. Bush? هناك ورقة wasn'ta ، الصحيفة الشعبية ، او محطة التلفزيون في هذا البلد ان لا تغطي كل الدنيءه تفاصيل التحقيق التي ادت الى تلك "ارتفاع الجرائم والجنح" -- ما هو تفسير لهذا الصمت وردد في مواجهته لل مذهله والجبليه من المبلغ دليل على الجرائم الدمويه من جورج دبليو بوش؟
Why does Bush get a free ride in the media – a media that has so obviously silenced this story, for such heinous crimes as torture, falsely leading a nation to war, rendition, imprisoning children as young as ten years old, spying on American citizens without a warrant, obliterating the Posse Comitatus act, etc. What has changed in the media from non-stop coverage of the impeachment proceedings of a president in 1999, to the resounding silence we hear in 2008? Will our ‘leaders’ in DC take the reading of these charges seriously and begin impeachment hearings now? لماذا بوش الحصول على حرية الركوب في وسائل الاعلام -- وسائل الاعلام حتى ان من الواضح ان اسكات هذه القصة لتلك الجرائم البشعه الى التعذيب ، مما ادى زورا امه الى الحرب ، اداء ، وحبس الأطفال الذين لا تتجاوز اعمارهم عشر سنوات من العمر ، والتجسس على المواطنين الامريكيين دون امر قضائي ، وطمس comitatus قانون الجماعة ، وما الى ان ما تغير في وسائل الاعلام من دون توقف التغطيه من اجراءات الاقاله من رئيس في عام 1999 ، الى الصمت المدوي في عام 2008 ونحن نسمع؟ هل لدينا قادة 'فى اتخاذ العاصمة من قراءة هذه الاتهامات على محمل الجد وتبدأ جلسات الاستماع الاقاله الآن؟
John Conyers and others have said that impeachment hearings could or would jeopardize Obama’s chances to win in the November election and therefore an election win is of far more importance than protecting the rule of law and bringing those who’ve committed unprecedented and historical harm to our nation and the world to justice. جون Conyers وقال آخرون ان جلسات الاستماع التي يمكن او الاقاله من شأنه ان يعرض للخطر فرص اوباما في الفوز في الانتخابات في تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر وذلك هو الفوز انتخابيه من الآن اكثر اهمية من حمايه سيادة القانون وتقديم اولئك من قد أرسلنا والتاريخية التي لم يسبق لها مثيل ارتكبت الضرر لامتنا والعالم الى العدالة.
It is now up to the people of conscience to not let the historical significance of June 9, 2008 go unheard and unacknowledged! والامر الآن متروك لشعب لضمير الا نسمح للاهمية التاريخية لل9 حزيران / يونية 2008 اذهب غير مسموع وغير المعترف بها! We must openly and publicly thank Kucinich, and Wexler, for their courage and for bravely and succinctly putting forth all the crimes of George W. Bush. We must take it upon ourselves to hound and haunt Conyers and Nadler to listen to us. ويجب علينا ان نشكر صراحة وعلنا kucinich ، وwexler ، لشجاعتهم وبشجاعه وبايجاز لطرح جميع الجرائم من جورج دبليو بوش. علينا ان ناخذ على انفسنا لانه كلب الصيد وتطارد الناس وConyers nadler للاستماع الينا.
The people must do their utmost to spread this information as quickly as possible to everyone they know. Contact the media and hold them accountable for their silence and complicity in the face of the enormous evidence of the high crimes and misdemeanors committed on such a massive scale by the Bush regime. We must, in our millions, demand that the time for impeachment is long overdue. الشعب يجب ان تبذل قصارى جهدها لنشر هذه المعلومات في اسرع وقت ممكن لانهم يعرفون الجميع. الاتصال ووسائط الاعلام ، ومحاسبتهم على الصمت والتواطؤ في مواجهة الادله الهاءله من ارتفاع الجرائم والجنح التي ترتكب على نطاق واسع مثل هذه من جانب نظام بوش. ويتعين علينا ، ونحن الملايين ، والطلب على ان الوقت قد حان للاقالة طال انتظاره.

This entire situation is really quite simple. هذا كله أن الوضع خطير للغاية بسيط جدا. If there is ONE article of impeachment, that is enough to impeach. واذا كان هناك مادة واحدة من الاقاله ، وهذا يكفي لتوجيه التهم. The fact that there are multiple articles of impeachment for both Cheney and Bush tells you that there really is no other choice BUT to impeach…except when you consider the fact that, by impeachment, it may force their hands into launching a war against Iran, which would then directly institute martial law, which in turn would cancel the November elections. حقيقة ان هناك عدة مواد لإقالة كل من بوش وتشيني يقول لكم ان هناك فعلا ما لا خيار اخر سوى توجيه التهم الى… إلا عندما تفكر في آن ، من قبل الاقاله ، قد قوة ايديهم الى شن الحرب ضد ايران ، وهو بعد ذلك مباشرة معهد الاحكام العرفيه ، وهذا سيؤدي بدوره الغاء انتخابات تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر.
While the US is under martial law, there will be no new president. وفي حين ان الولايات المتحدة بموجب قانون الاحكام العرفيه ، لن يكون هناك رئيس جديد.
The fact is that, no matter which way you add it up, it’sa no win situation for the US Citizens, and for the world. والحقيقة هي انه ، بغض النظر عن الطريقة التي تضيفها عنه ، it'sa اي حالة فوز لمواطني الولايات المتحدة ، وبالنسبة للعالم.
