The statement included hundreds of pages of White House communications intended to counter widespread criticism that George W. Bush had personally endorsed the plans used to justify the interrogation abuses of US prisoners held in Iraq, Guantanamo Bay and other worldwide locations. البيان شملت مئات الصفحات من يقصد البيت الابيض للاتصالات على نطاق واسع لمواجهة الانتقادات التي جورج دبليو بوش شخصيا قد ايدت خطط يستخدم لتبرير انتهاكات من دولارات الولايات المتحدة استجواب السجناء المحتجزين في العراق ، وخليج غوانتانامو وغيرها من المواقع فى جميع انحاء العالم. On April 9, 2008, ABC News reported that Bush’s National Security Council Principals Committee had dozens of top-secret talks and meetings at the White House to review interrogation procedures to be used by the CIA on al-Qaida suspects. 9 نيسان (ابريل) 2008 ، اي بي سي لما ذكرته وكالة الانباء بوش مجلس الامن القومي رؤساء اللجنة عشرات من اعلى الى اجتماعات ومحادثات سرية في البيت الابيض لاستعراض لاجراءات الاستجواب التي تستخدمها وكالة المخابرات المركزية على تنظيم القاعده المشتبه فيهم. Condoleezza Rice chaired the committee, which included Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Collin Powell, George Tenet and John Aschroft. كوندوليزا رايس في رئاسة اللجنة ، وهي تضم ديك تشيني ، دونالد رامسفيلد ، collin باول ، وجورج تينيت وجون aschroft. When stories regarding detainees at the Abu Grahib prison in Iraq became public, blame for the illegal crimes was placed on “a few rotten apples in the barrel,” low-ranking US soldiers, some of whom are now serving jail sentences. عندما القصص وفيما يتعلق المحتجزين في سجن ابو grahib في العراق الى العلن ، واللوم عن الجرائم غير المشروعة وكان على "عدد قليل من التفاح الفاسده في برميل ،" من ذوي الرتب المنخفضه الجنود الامريكيين ، وبعضهم يقضي الآن الاحكام بالسجن. In addressing the torture policies of the National Security Council Principals Committee, University of Illinois Professor Francis A. In terms of war, there would have been no war had Bush fulfilled his obligation to defend the Constitution. من حيث الحرب ، كانت هناك حرب بوش قد اوفت له واجب الدفاع عن الدستور. And the impeachment process, even without conviction of the president and vice-president, would offer a warning to future US leaders that they must obey the laws of war. وعملية الاقاله ، حتى من دون ادانة من الرئيس ونائب الرئيس ، ان يتيح لتحذير للقادة المستقبل من دولارات الولايات المتحدة انه يجب عليها ان تمتثل لقوانين الحرب.
Having said this, I certainly do agree with Rosman’s view that “when Bush and Cheney are once again civilians, then file criminal charges against the former holders of the executive office for treason and high crimes against the people. وبعد ان قلت هذا ، انا بالتأكيد لا اتفق مع Rosman رأى انه "عندما بوش وتشيني مرة اخرى المدنيين ، ثم ملف اتهامات جناءيه ضد اصحاب السابق للمكتب التنفيذي للخيانة وارتفاع الجرائم المرتكبه ضد الشعب. Jail time sounds so much better.” I favor impeachment and jail time for Bush and Cheney and the filing of criminal charges against all of the top officials involved in the planning and approval of prisoner interrogation crimes. السجن اصوات الكثير من الوقت على نحو افضل. "انا والسجن لصالح اقالة الوقت لبوش وتشيني وتقديم توجيه اتهامات جناءيه ضد كل من كبار المسؤولين المشاركين فى تخطيط والموافقة على استجواب السجناء من الجرائم.
