Blackwater is in the process of setting up training camps in Idaho, California, on the border etc. They are offering to train local police….Or are they really recruiting our police?

What do the local police need Blackwater training for (military training)?
If Blackwater are all pulled out of Iraq, what will their next mission be….clearing out illegal Mexicans, polygamist Mormons..?

If Eric Prince has a private army at his command in the US and is receiving no-bid contracts from the gov…Then is it possible that other private ‘competitive’ armies could be raised in this country to counter or ‘outbid’ Blackwater… or to fight against Blackwater?
