A number of British terrorism suspects who have been arrested in Pakistan at the request of UK authorities say their interrogation by Security Service officers, shortly after brutal torture at the hands of agents of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI), has convinced them that MI5 colluded in the mistreatment. عدد من المشتبه فيهم من الارهاب البريطانية قد اعتقلوا في باكستان بناء على طلب من سلطات المملكه المتحدة استجوابهم اقول ان ضباطا من داءره الأمن ، بعد وقت قصير من التعذيب الوحشي على ايدي عملاء لباكستان من الخدمات المشتركة بين وكالة الاستخبارات (المعهد) ، واقتناعا منها MI5 لها ان تواطات في سوء المعامله.

Those men have given detailed accounts of their alleged ordeals at the hands of the ISI over the last four years. هؤلاء الرجال قد السرد التفصيلي للزعم المحن على ايدي من المعهد على مدى السنوات الاربع الماضية. Some of them appear to have been taken to the same secret interrogation centre in Rawalpindi, where they say they were repeatedly tortured before being questioned by MI5. بعضها يبدو أنها قد اتخذت لنفسها سرا مركز الاستجواب في روالبندي ، حيث كانوا يقولون مرارا وتكرارا للتعذيب قبل استجوابه من قبل MI5.

One man from Manchester says that in 2006 he was beaten, whipped, deprived of sleep and had three fingernails slowly extracted by ISI agents at the Rawalpindi centre before being interrogated by two MI5 officers. رجل واحد من يقول ان مانشستر في عام 2006 انه تعرض للضرب ، جلد ، وحرم من النوم وثلاثة اظافر ببطء قد انتزعت من قبل عملاء المخابرات الباكستانيه في روالبندي المركز قبل استجوابه من قبل اثنين من ضباط MI5. The accusation that MI5 is at the very least turning a blind eye to the torture of British citizens - and may have actually colluded in their torture - is to surface in a number of forthcoming court cases, including the trial of the man who lost his fingernails, an appeal lodged by the man from Luton after he was convicted of terrorism offences, and a separate civil action being pursued on his behalf. الاتهام هو ان MI5 على الأقل غض الطرف عن التعذيب من المواطنين البريطانيين -- وربما تكون قد تواطات فعلا في التعذيب -- هو السطحيه في عدد من القضايا المرفوعه امام المحاكم المقبلة ، بما في محاكمة الرجل من يفقد والأظافر ، في الاستئناف المقدم من رجل من لوتون بعد ادانته للجرائم الإرهاب ، وقضية مدنيه منفصلة يجري العمل نيابة عنه.
MI5 is thought to be considering a defence based on its officers’ insistence that they had no reason to know that the ISI might have been torturing the men - a position that Pakistani lawyers and human rights activists in Pakistan and the UK say beggars belief. Even a high-ranking Scotland Yard counter-terrorism detective has conceded privately that there is little doubt that the Luton man was tortured. حتى رفيع المستوى في سكوتلاند يارد لمكافحة الارهاب المخبر قد سلمت من القطاع الخاص ان هناك من شك في ان الرجل كان لوتون للتعذيب.
The Guardian is aware of claims by a number of other British citizens that they were tortured after being detained as terrorism suspects in Pakistan. الوصي على علم المطالبات من جانب عدد آخر من المواطنين البريطانيين انهم تعرضوا للتعذيب بعد ان احتجز المشتبه بهم في الارهاب في باكستان.
The allegations being made by these men and their lawyers, which are detailed in today’s Guardian, are expected to be raised by human rights groups. الادعاءات التي يدلي بها هؤلاء الرجال ومحاموهم ، والتي ترد تفاصيلها في اليوم ولى ، ومن المتوقع ان تكون اثارتها جماعات حقوق الانسان. Andrew Tyrie, Conservative MP for Chichester and a campaigner against the abuse of the human rights of terrorism suspects, is considering asking a series of questions about the matter in the Commons. اندرو tyrie ، لChichester النائب المحافظ والمدافع ضد اساءة استخدام حقوق الانسان للمشتبه فيهم بالارهاب ، هو ان يطلب الى سلسلة من الاسءله عن هذه المساله في المشاعات.
Under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 it is an offence for British officials to instigate or consent to the inflicting of “severe pain or suffering” on any person, anywhere in the world, or even to acquiesce in such treatment. بموجب قانون العدالة الجناءيه ل1988 يعتبر جريمه المسؤولين البريطانيين للتحريض او للموافقة على الحاق "ألم شديد أو معاناة شديدة" على اي شخص ، في أي مكان في العالم ، او حتى في الاذعان لمثل هذه المعامله. Any such offence could be punished by life imprisonment. اي جرم من هذا القبيل يمكن ان تعاقب بالسجن مدى الحياة.
Last week it was disclosed that eight men freed from US custody at Guantánamo Bay had issued writs against MI5 and the Secret Intelligence Service, MI6, alleging they were complicit in their illegal detention and subsequent abuse. وكان الاسبوع الماضي قد كشف ان ثمانيه رجال تحررت من حجز الولايات المتحدة في خليج غوانتانامو قد أصدر أوامر ضد MI5 وداءره الاستخبارات السرية ، MI6 ، زاعمه انها كانت ضالعه في والاحتجاز غير القانوني وسوء المعامله اللاحقه.
The Security Service declined to comment on the allegations, but pointed to recent reports by the all-party Intelligence and Security Committee, which said all MI5 officers receive training about possible mistreatment of detainees held by foreign intelligence agencies. داءره الامن ورفض التعليق على الادعاءات ، ولكنه أشار الى أن التقارير الأخيرة الواردة من جميع الاطراف لجنة الاستخبارات والامن ، وفيه : جميع MI5 يتلقى ضباط التدريب عن امكانيه اساءة معاملة المحتجزين من قبل وكالات الاستخبارات الاجنبية.
The Foreign Office said it was aware of five British citizens being detained in Pakistan over the last four years for questioning about alleged terrorism offences, but would not say how many were detained before 2004. وزارة الخارجية وقال انها تدرك خمسة مواطنين بريطانيين محتجزين فى باكستان خلال السنوات الاربع الماضية لاستجوابهم حول جرائم الارهاب المزعوم ، ولكن لن اقول كم عدد اعتقل قبل عام 2004. It admitted it had attempted to seek consular access to only two of these people, but declined to say how many had been seen by other British officials. واعترف انه كان يسعى الى محاولة الوصول الى القنصلية اثنين فقط من هؤلاء الناس ، لكنها امتنعت عن القول كم كان ينظر الى غيره من المسؤولين البريطانيين من قبل.
The FO also declined to say how many had complained of mistreatment, saying: “We have a duty to respect the privacy of the individuals concerned.” وقد انخفض ايضا لأقول كم قد اشتكوا من سوء المعامله ، قال : "ان علينا واجب احترام خصوصيه الافراد المعنيين".

MI5 and MI6 have decidedly suspect pasts here in the UK there is annecdotal evidence that the heads of MI5 STELLA RIMINGTON and ELIZA MANNINGHAM-BULLER were involved in MIND CONTROL TECHNIQUES but this was never proved in a court of law and JOHN SCARLETT who was who was purported to be one of the people behind the DODGY DOSSIER on the threat of IRAQ was made head of MI6 in 2003 . MI5 وMI6 بالتأكيد المشتبه فيه قد pasts هنا في المملكه المتحدة ان هناك ادلة على ان annecdotal رؤساء MI5 ستيلا rimington وeliza manningham - buller تشارك في الاعتبار تقنيات المراقبة ولكن ثبت ان هذا لم يكن ابدا فى محكمة قانونيه ، وجون scarlett من كان من كان المفترض ان تكون واحدة من الشعب وراء dodgy ملف عن خطر العراق وكان رئيس MI6 في عام 2003. What has been proved is that MI6 were forced to pay compensation to its victims of its mind manipulation using LSD just google it . ما ثبت هو ان MI6 اجبروا على دفع تعويضات لضحاياها من اعتبارها مجرد تلاعب باستخدام صور LSD. It is unbelieveable too me that MI5 did not at the very least know about these abuses of human rights and too me it is extremely suspect that they chose to interview the suspects in PAKISTAN and not extradite them to the UK where the laws against torture are more strict . ومن unbelieveable جدا لي انه لم MI5 على اقل تقدير تعرف عن هذه الانتهاكات لحقوق الانسان ولي جدا للغاية ومن المشتبه فيه ان اختاروا لاجراء مقابلات مع المشتبه فيهم في باكستان وليس تسليمهم الى المملكه المتحدة حيث قوانين مناهضه التعذيب أكثر صارمه. As most people now know in the UK that our government lied about rendition flights from the US landing on our soil , although they said that the flights were simply reffuling and transporting suspected terroists but its the destination that is most telling again just google . وكما نعلم الآن معظم الناس في المملكه المتحدة ان حكومتنا كذب عن اداء رحلات جوية من الولايات المتحدة ان تهبط على أرضنا ، وقال انه على الرغم من انها كانت الرحلات الجوية ببساطة reffuling نقل المشتبه terroists ولكن هذا هو المقصد خير مرة اخرى مجرد صور. If the GOVERNMENT has been showed too lie to us do you realy think that various branches of our SPECIAL AND SECRET SERVICES would do any differant and why should they tell us the truth anyway ar we are just the normal populace , sheep as far as they are concerned and they can always hide behind the guise of NATIONAL SECURITY anyway!!! واذا كانت الحكومة قد اظهرت لنا ايضا تكمن هل تظن حقا أن لدينا مختلف فروع الخدمات الخاصة والسرية ، من شأنه ان يفعل اي differant وماذا يقولون لنا الحقيقة ونحن على أي حال Ar فقط الجماهير العاديه ، والاغنام ، بقدر ما تكون المعنية ويمكنهم دائما الاختباء وراء ستار الامن القومي على اي حال! .
