Replacing Andrew Jackson with the Harriet Tubman Myth

In 2020, Harriet Tubman will replace Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill to reflect the “new America,” one where White people don’t exist unless they are serving non-Whites to atone for their ‘evil ancestors.’

President Andrew Jackson was outspoken against bankers:

 You are a den of vipers. I intend to rout you out and by the Eternal God I will rout you out. If the people only understood the rank injustice of our money and banking system, there would be a revolution before morning.

To many, Jackson was a hero. He stood up against international bankers. 184 years ago he gave a speech against central bankers regarding why he was closing the United States Bank. Yet we hear not a word from Occupy Wall St. or Bernie supporters in defense of Andrew Jackson.

Perhaps this is why there was an attempted assassination, the first attempt made against a sitting US president. Following the unsuccessful attempt, Jackson told his vice president, Martin Van Buren, “The bank, Mr. Van Buren, is trying to kill me….

And indeed bankers are still trying to kill him. It has nothing to do with Andrew Jackson owning slaves. It has everything to do with him being White and defiant.
