A Fox News analyst says US President Donald Trump may be indicted in the wake of a case against his longtime fixer, Michael Cohen.
“This is the Southern District of New York. This is the oldest and most prestigious federal prosecutors’ office in the country. They would not make an allegation like that if they did not have corroborated evidence to support it,” senior judicial analyst for the Fox News Channel Andrew Napolitano said on America Newsroom Monday, referring a court filing from federal prosecutors released days earlier.
Nineteen women have accused the president of sexual misconduct or said they’ve had an extramarital affair with him. Trump has denied all of the allegations.
According to the prosecutors, Cohen, Trump’s former personal attorney, “acted in coordination with and at the direction of” Trump when he made payments to silence two women about their sexual affairs with the New York millionaire…
