PressTV-Americans protest Trump’s immigration policy

Thousands of Americans have staged demonstrations across the country to protest against US President Donald Trump’s “zero tolerance” policy on immigration that separated children from migrant parents on the US-Mexico border.

Thousands of protesters gathered outside the White House on Saturday and chanted “shame, shame” and demanded that the detained children be reunited with their parents.

The protest in Washington, DC is part of a wave of nationwide demonstrations against the Trump administration which began seeking in May to prosecute all adults who cross the border without authorization.
