The Bermuda Government are issuing vehicle owners with credit card sized stickers containing a RFID chip and it is expected that every vehicle in Bermuda will carry one within a year or two. حكومة برمودا هم اصحاب السيارات مع اصدار بطاقات الائتمان الحجم ملصقات تحتوي على رقاقة RFID ، ومن المتوقع ان كل مركبة تحمل في برمودا واحدة في غضون عام او عامين.
The scheme is mandatory and a $10,000 penalty applies if owners remove the chips. مخطط الزامي وتطبق عقوبة 10000 دولار اذا كان اصحاب ازالة رقاقات.
The first country to back the system was Singapore, well known for its lack of human rights. أول بلد العودة الى النظام وسنغافورة ، ومعروف جيدا لعدم وجود حقوق الانسان.
RFID readers are being placed in telephone poles and buildings throughout Bermuda, which enable authorities to monitor the past and present location of vehicles and record the speed at which they are travelling. RFID القراء وضعهم في اعمدة الهاتف والمباني في جميع انحاء برمودا ، والتي تمكن السلطات على رصد الماضي والحاضر موقع تسجيل المركبات والسرعه التي يتم السفر.
The information is being sent to high speed computers that calculate everything you could possibly imagine about a travellers journey, even the route taken. المعلومات التي يتم ارسالها الى سرعة عالية للاجهزة الكمبيوتر التي تحسب كل شيء يمكن ان نتصور لكم عن الرحله للمسافرين ، حتى الطريق التي اتخذت.
It is planned that the computer will compile a list of driving offences within the past 24 hours and will automatically pass this information on to the police. ومن المقرر ان الكومبيوتر في اعداد قائمة الجرائم التي تدخل في القيادة الساعات ال 24 الماضية واليا على تمرير هذه المعلومات الى الشرطة.
Roger Crombie, a Bermuda resident and victim of RFID vehicle tracking said: “It should be stated that Dr. Brown, the Transport Minister who introduced this system, has said that he does not intend the chip to be used for any purpose other than tracking down drivers whose vehicles are not registered. روجر Crombie ، برمودا والمقيمين ضحيه RFID تعقب المركبات وقال : "تجدر الاشارة الى ان الدكتور براون ، وزير الدولة للنقل وعرض من هذا النظام ، قد قال انه لا ينوي الرقاقه لاستخدامها لأي غرض آخر غير الغرض تتبع الى اسفل سائقي المركبات الذين ليسوا مسجلين. I believe he means it, but it is not Dr. Brown’s intentions we have to worry about. واعتقد انه هذا يعنى انه ، ولكنها ليست نوايا الدكتور براون وعلينا ان تقلق. It will take time to put the system in place, and Dr. Brown has said that he does not intend to stay in power forever. الأمر سيستغرق وقتا لوضع النظام المعمول به ، والدكتور براون قد قال انه لا ينوي البقاء في السلطة إلى الأبد.
“The person to worry about is the Premier who succeeds Dr. Brown, or the one who succeeds that one. "تقلق على شخص هو من ينجح رئيس الوزراء الدكتور براون ، او أن ينجح واحد من احد. The chip system is the perfect method for keeping close track of citizens, a dictator’s dream,” said concerned citizen Mr. Crombie. هشارت النظام هو الطريقة المثاليه لحفظ المسار قريبة من المواطنين ، حلم الذل والعار "، قال السيد Crombie مواطن المعنية.
Similar RFID systems are being used in New York and London, which has reduced traffic and cut business profits by 40%. RFID نظم مماثلة تستخدم في نيويورك ولندن ، مما قلل من حركة المرور وخفض الأرباح الصناعية والتجارية بنسبة 40 ٪.
The use of RFID chips are increasing around the world at an astonishing rate, with continuous promotion from New World Order heavyweights including the Bush Administration and also from the VeriChip Corp, who manufacture human implantable chips and have been pushing for RFID chips to be tested on the US military. استخدام رقائق RFID تتزايد في جميع انحاء العالم فى معدل مذهل ، مع مواصلة تعزيز النظام العالمي الجديد من الاوزان الثقيلة بما فيها ادارة بوش وايضا من verichip كورب ، من صنع الإنسان implantable الرقائق وكانت تضغط من اجل RFID الكسور للاختبار على العسكرية الامريكية.
We have already seen the use of RFID being used in unethical ways that not only strip away personal privacy but also personal freedoms, removing the right to refuse the chips. ولقد شهدنا بالفعل استخدام RFID تستخدم وسائل غير اخلاقيه في أن الشريط ليس فقط بعيدا الخصوصيه الشخصيه والحريات الشخصيه ، وانما ايضا ، وازالة الحق في رفض الرقائق.

These are just some of the more recent uses, and right now as RFID implants are being sold to the America’s youth as time saving, trendy devices that will impress your friends, development and use of these chips show no signs of slowing down. هذه ليست سوى بعض من اكثر استخدامات الاخيرة ، والحق في ان يزرع RFID كما تباع الى امريكا الشباب من توفير الوقت ، عصري وسائل من شأنها ان الانطباع اصدقائك ، تطوير واستخدام هذه الرقائق لا تظهر اي دلائل على تباطؤ.
