Anonymous online postings are to be banned by a city in China, after residents mounted a successful internet campaign against proposals for a huge chemicals factory. المواد المنشوره على الانترنت هي مجهولة المصدر الى منعها من قبل مدينة في الصين ، بعد ان المقيمين شنت حملة ناجحه ضد شبكة الانترنت مقترحات لمصنع ضخم للمواد الكيمياءيه.
Internet users will have to provide their real names, backed up by data from their identity cards, when posting messages on more than 100,000 websites registered in Xiamen. وسيكون للمستخدمين شبكة الانترنت لتوفير بأسمائها ، مدعومه من بيانات بطاقات هويتهم ، عند نشر رسائل على اكثر من 100000 المواقع المسجله فى شيامن. Authorities are taking action after thousands of residents of the prosperous southern port city marched through the streets, mobilised by mobile phone text messages and an internet-based campaign. السلطات اتخاذ الاجراءات بعد الالاف من سكان الجنوب من ميناء مدينة مزدهره في مسيرة عبر شوارع ، وحشد من خلال الهاتف المحمول والرسائل النصيه على الانترنت الحملة.
Protesters used their mobile phones to send text reports, as well as photos and videos, to bloggers and websites in other cities, which posted live reports of the march. المحتجون هواتفهم النقاله المستخدمة لارسال التقارير النص ، فضلا عن صور واشرطه فيديو ، إلى المدونين ومواقع في مدن اخرى ، التقارير التي نشرت في العيش من اذار / مارس. The local government has suspended construction of the £700 million chemicals plant, pending an investigation into the potential environmental risk. الحكومة المحلية قد علقت البناء من 700 مليون جنيه استرليني للمواد الكيمياءيه النباتية ، ريثما يتم التحقيق في المخاطر البيءيه المحتملة.

The law obliges anyone who wants to chat online to register using their identity card. القانون يفرض على كل من يريد ان الدردشه على الانترنت لتسجيل باستخدام بطاقه الهوية. Moderators of political noticeboards will be required to use their real names, and anonymous comments will be banned. المشرفين noticeboards السياسية ستكون هناك حاجة الى استخدام الاسماء الحقيقية ، وبالتعليقات المجهوله سيتم حظرها. Messages will be vetted before they are posted. وسيتم فحص الرسائل قبل نشرها.
One government official said that the protest had shown the necessity to control content on the internet. وقال مسؤول في حكومة واحدة ان الاحتجاج قد بينت ضرورة مراقبة المحتوى على شبكة الانترنت. He said: “Those who illegally spread harmful or bad information will be detained or fined.” وقال : "من هؤلاء بصورة غير قانونيه او سيئة نشر المعلومات الضاره لن يعتقل او بدفع غرامة".
Internet censorship is common in China, where the Government employs an elaborate system of filters and tens of thousands of human monitors to survey the surfing habits of its 140 million internet users. الرقابة على الانترنت أمر شائع في الصين ، حيث تشغل الحكومة نظام محكم للمرشحات وعشرات الآلاف من مراقبي حقوق لدراسة عادات تصفح من 140 مليون مستخدم لشبكة الانترنت.
Dozens of outspoken journalists and internet commentators are serving lengthy prison terms after being jailed on charges such as subversion or leaking state secrets. صراحة العشرات من الصحفيين والمعلقين خدمة الانترنت بفترات سجن طويلة بعد ان سجنوا بتهمة التخريب او مثل تسريب اسرار الدولة. Internet cafés are required to inspect and register the identity cards of all users, but this is not widely enforced, particularly outside the larger cities. مقاهي الانترنت هناك حاجة لفحص وتسجيل بطاقات الهوية من جميع المستخدمين ، ولكن هذه ليست حالات الاختفاء القسري على نطاق واسع ، ولا سيما خارج المدن الكبرى.

That small step for Xiamen’s citizens should have become a giant leap for the progress of environmental protection in China. إن خطوة صغيرة لمواطني شيامن كان ينبغي ان يصبح قفزة عملاقة من اجل تقدم وحمايه البيئة فى الصين. Unfortunately, some local Xiamen officials perhaps did not see this as an honour, and subconsciously felt that they had lost face.” وللأسف ، فإن بعض المسؤولين المحليين شيامن ربما لا نرى هذا شرف ، ورأت انها لا شعوريا فقد وجه ".
The clampdown seems unlikely to deter those people who dare to criticise the Government online or to voice dissenting opinions, since most are already well known to the police, and their actions are carefully monitored. دهم يبدو من غير المحتمل لردع هؤلاء الناس من يجرؤ على انتقاد الحكومة او على الانترنت للتعبير عن الآراء المخالفه ، ونظرا لأن معظم بالفعل معروف جيدا لدى الشرطة ، واتخاذ اجراءات رصدها بعناية. Those involved in Xiamen were not political dissidents, but ordinary citizens anxious to protect the environment of their pretty seaside town, which has become a winter escape for Beijing’s wealthy, and also the value of their homes. المتورطين فى شيامن لم المنشقين السياسيين ، ولكن المواطنين العاديين حريصة على حمايه البيئة من مدينة جميلة شاطىء البحر ، الذي اصبح فصل الشتاء من الفرار لبكين للالغنيه ، وايضا قيمة منازلهم.
