US woman abused by police

This is common treatment
for women in US jails

The is absolutely nothing unusual about women being stripped naked and left without covering of any kind in cold jail cells for hours at a time.

It’s a popular humiliation technique used in corrupt police departments throughout the country.

If it weren’t for this video, a TV local station’s news report, and the Internet, no one would know that this particular event ever happened.

Keep in mind that this woman was a crime victim who called the police for help after she was assaulted.

The piece of self-propelled human garbage who runs this Sheriff’s Department is Timothy A. Swanson.

He says - and I quote - that the thugs who work for him “did everything by the book.

Human Rights, as outlined from the Department of State
The Country Reports on Human Rights Practices are submitted annually by the U.S. Department of State to the U.S. Congress in compliance with sections 116(d) and 502B(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (FAA), as amended, and section 504 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended. The law provides that the Secretary of State shall transmit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, by February 25 “a full and complete report regarding the status of internationally recognized human rights, within the meaning of subsection (A) in countries that receive assistance under this part, and (B) in all other foreign countries which are members of the United Nations and which are not otherwise the subject of a human rights report under this Act.” Reports on several countries are included that do not fall into the categories established by these statutes and that thus are not covered by the congressional requirement.
The reports cover internationally recognized individual, civil, political, and worker rights, as set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Attn Mr. Timothy A. Swanson of the Sheriff department
With great concern I strongly suggest you read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as you and your police are in violation of those above-mentioned rights.
These violations as shown in this video are reprehensive. If you claim that this sort of abuse is policy, then you certainly need to abolish your policy.
Your police actions in this video are horrendous and when 191 member States of the United Nations view this video it will certainly cause great loss to the United States of America.
I cannot hide this from the United Nations due to the large number of complaints sent to them, and I absolutely will not defend you, as I would appear as a fool if I were to try.

I have looked into this case for months. You would not believe what I have ran into while contacting people concerning this case.

All of the “investigations” into this case are a joke. And the ‘evidence’ the sheriff has tried to pass off is laughable.

The sheriff claims that the video shown is just a partial clip and that it is out of “context”.

Ok, so heres the whole thing…including the cops laughing at the end of the video, when they think the camera is off.

I experienced similar treatment in a jail in Austin, Tx.
It didn’t matter that I was not guilty of what they accused me of. They still stripped me and put me in a cold cell without a toilet, blanket or even a place other than the floor to sit down. Nor did it matter that after a few hours I developed asthma, severe coughing and a high fever.
Now, I am left with prolonged depression, no desire to live, and high attorney bills, for a crime I did not commit.
In my opinion our jails are places where deranged people are allowed to practice their sick ways to the extreme detriment of those who end up there by no fault of their own.
