Tasers Used to Control Mentally Ill泰瑟槍用來控制精神病

Reports of Tasers being used to control volatile situations involving mentality ill people are on the rise.報告泰瑟槍被用來控制動盪局勢中，涉及心理虐待的人都在上升。
