Remember that one high fructose corn syrup commercial espousing how it’s got “the same calories as sugar” and is “fine in moderation”?
You’ve seen the industry-sponsored propaganda about how wonderful the ingredients are that are put in your food. But what would the ads say if they really told you what was lurking in your groceries?
If you had all the facts, would it still be so sweet? And just what is the daily recommended intake of HFCS, aspartame, artificial colors and preservatives in your diet anyway?

Conclusion: Artificial colours or a sodium benzoate preservative (or both) in the diet result in increased hyperactivity in 3-year-old and 8/9-year-old children in the general population.
