KFC claims 0g trans fat per serving for all their fried chicken. كنتاكي فرايد تشيكن المطالبات 0g عبر الدهون لكل خدمة على كل ما قدموه من فرايد الدجاج. But The Extra Crispy Chicken, Colonel’s Crispy Strips, HBBQ Wings, Boneless HBBQ Wings, Fiery Buffalo Wings, and more have partially hydrogenated soybean oil listed in the ingredients. ولكن من خارج هش الدجاج ، والعقيد هش للشرائط ، hbbq اجنحه ، بلا عظام hbbq اجنحه ، اجنحه الناري الجاموس ، واكثر جزئيا مهدرج زيت فول الصويا الواردة اسماؤهم في المكونات. The salad a la carte may be the only healthy thing to eat at a fast food place. فان سلطة بالصحن قد يكون الشيء الوحيد على أكل صحي في الوجبات السريعه. The side salads offered at the fast food places are hardly a meal, and hardly what one would consider a real salad. الى جانب السلطة وعرضت في اماكن الوجبات السريعه ليست وجبة ، ونادرا ما ينظر في واحد من شأنه ان سلطة حقيقية.
Regarding MSG, it is helpful to remember this statement from Wikipedia when reading food labels. وفيما يتعلق MSG ، ومن المفيد ان نتذكر هذا البيان من ويكيبيديا عند قراءة العلامات الغذاءيه.
Under current FDA regulations, when MSG is added to a food, it must be identified as monosodium glutamate in the label’s ingredient list. في ظل الانظمه الحالية لهيئة التنمية الحرجيه ، MSG عندما تضاف الى الاغذيه ، لا بد من تحديد monosodium جلتاميت في علامة للعنصر قائمة. If however MSG is part of a spice mix that is purchased by another company, the manufacturer does not have to list the ingredients of that spice mix and may use the words flavorings or spices .
