La police britannique a accordé à un neuf-année-vieux garçon un permis de fusil de chasse dans une décision qui a horrifié des militants d'anti-pistolet.
Le garçon peut légalement tirer le jeu de phase après police de la Norfolk l'a considéré « assez responsable » au propre l'arme mortelle.

“This boy is the youngest we have granted a licence to in at least five years,” he told The Daily Mail.
“A firearms officer interviews every person applying for a licence in their own home to check they are responsible enough to hold a gun.
“In cases of young people we sometimes also speak to their school to check their good character.
“I stress to the community that we are here to keep them safe.”

It is perfectly fine for the nine year old to own and use a shot gun as long as if it complies to the law, which it does, and IF AND ONLY IF the child uses it under close supervision in a safe and enclosed area.
