`زعيمات غربيّة حرب مجرمات'
قد دوّى الرئيس وزراء سابقة ماليزيا, [مهثير] [موهمد], دعوات لزعيمات غربيّة أن يكون حمّلت مع جريمة حرب على الغزوة العراق.
[سنغل ووت] يتكلّم في كلية إمبراطوريّة في لندن [مهثير], الذي كان في مكتب من 1981 إلى 2003, [أوس] رئيس جورج بوش, رئيس وزراء سابقة بريطانيّة [توني] بلير وأستراليا رئيس وزراء سابقة جون هوارد بما أنّ هو يريد أن يرىهم مجرّبة "في غياب لجريمة حرب يرتكب في العراق".
نظّمت الحادث كان ب [رمدهن] أساس أيّ يكون رئيسيّة بريطانيّة مسلمة شباب منظمة يعمل لسلميّة [ك-إكسيستنس] وحوار بين جماعات.
قال محمّد [شفيق], ناطق بلسان لالمجموعة: "كان هو فرصة لطالبات أن يضع مدى الأسئلة حول جريمة حرب والحالة دوليّة. هو قال أنّ الناس يضطرّ توقّفت يقتل بعضهم بعضا واستعملت تحكيم, مفاوضة ونقاشة كخيار إلى عنف, حرب ويقتل."
يتكلّم حول العراق حرب, [فوكسد] [مهثير] على "الآلاف يصبغ, ال [إكنوميك ور], القوة الزيت وكيف نحن استطاع استعملت بعض من هذا أدوات أن يتلقّى قدرة رافعة ضدّ الالناس الذي يرتكب بلد إلى حرب", [شفيق] يقال.
كان الحادث بشكل لا يصدّق جيّدة يحضر مع على 450 الناس و200 أكثر يضطرّ كنت التفتت بعيد.
تضمّنت بين الجبل الجريمة حرب زعيمات غربيّة يكونون مذنبة من: -
الإستعمال غير شرعيّ من نابالم وأخرى أسلحة كيميائيّة
قصدا يعذّب ويسيء معتقلات
يسدّ معونة قافلات
يقتل مدنيات [أونرمد], بما في ذلك يقذف داخل أسرة منازل
زعيمات غربيّة أيضا مذنبة من كثير أخرى انتهاكات من ال [جنفا كنفنأيشن], الميثاق من الالأمم المتّحدة, [نورمبرغ] ميثاق, قانون دوليّة والدستور من الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة, بما في ذلك جرائم ضدّ سلام وجرائم ضدّ إنسانية.
دوليّة قانون قد دعا أستاذات الهجوم ضدّ العراق "ثغر مخالف أساسيّة من قانون دوليّة (أنّ) بجدّيّة هدّد النزاهة من الدوليّة جائز أمر أنّ قد كان [إين بلس] منذ النهاية من الحرب عالميّة."
[مهثير] [موهمد] يظهر بيان أن يكون شرعيّة بما أنّ المحكمة جنائيّة دوليّة يعيّن التالي كجرائم دوليّة:
[()] جرائم ضدّ سلام:
أيّ, يخطّط, تحضير, إستهلال أو يشنّ من [ور وف غّرسّيون], أو حرب [إين فيولأيشن وف] معاهدات دوليّة, إتفاقات أو تأمينات, أو مشاركة في خطة عاديّة أو تآمر للإنجاز من [أني وف ث] [فورغينغ]:
[(ب)] جريمة حرب:
Namely, violations of the laws or customs of war. Such violations include, but not be limited to, murder, ill-treatment or deportation to slave labor or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory, murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war or persons on the seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity:
(c) Crimes against Humanity:
Namely, murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation, and other inhumane acts committed against any civilian population, before or during the war, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds in execution of or in connection with any crime within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal, whether or not in violation of the domestic law of the country where perpetrated.

ReplyBush, Cheney, Condi, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Tony Blair, John Howard are all war criminals and should be tried in Hague for Crimes Against Humanity.

ReplyI agree so many international laws were broken over the illegal regime change in iraq that it makes a total mockery of the very laws in place too stop violation of HUMAN RIGHTS ! . The leaders mentioned by the contributers above are totally correct . By those leaders breaking and violating those laws that are supposed too stop war crimes in the first place they effectively became WAR CRIMINALS themselves and by said laws they should be tried in the HAGUE!!! .

Reply1 agree with the above comments, there are many more names that should be added to the list, especially Henry Kissinger! But how can any of these criminals be brought to Justice when they & their cronies not only control the system but change the laws & its definitions to suit their own agenda. What will be their excuse for invading Iran? Lies & more lies

ReplyThe conclusion is a foregone one too. They are all three, War Criminals.
As an Australian I am completely supportive of John Howard, George Bush and Tony Blair being charged with the ultimate War Crime, which is an unprovoked war of aggression. Everything else follows on from there.
May it happen soon, and may it at least happen in our lifetimes.

Too bloody right. John Howard, George Bush and Tony Blair must be charged with War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity if we are to return to and maintain integrity in International Law and International norms of justice, fairplay, all of the protocols amd established conventions.
Mahathir is a gladiator for peace as is Jimmy Carter.
