OF CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

I, ERIC GRIFFIN , a civilian citizen in the State of Nevada , United States of America, having been duly sworn, depose and state as follows:

This affidavit is submitted in support of an application for a civil

complaint against the city of Las Vegas for negligence (NRS 202.595,

CHAPTER 196 NRS 196.010, NRS 200.430, NRS 200.471, NRS 200.481,

NRS 200.571, NRS 200.610 and a complaint against the United States

Government and it’s representatives, for violations of 18 U.S.C. §

2332a(a)(1)&(3) (Conspiracy to Use a Weapon of Mass Destruction),

18 U.S.C. § 924(c) and

(Possession of a Destructive Device During a Crime of Violence and

Aiding and Abetting an Act to be Done) and 18 U.S.C. § 924(o)

AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH

A) I write this Affidavit of Truth seeking human rights enforcement,
including the banning of weapons of warfare, the banning of Electromagnetic/

Neurololgical devises, an end to criminal, repeated, malicious, envy based

Income lynching’s and executions, an end to lawless surveillance and an end
to deadly, inhumane, diabolical, unauthorized, human experimentations.
I seek emergency protection stopping (documented), continued organized
deadly crimes inflicted on me as noted below.

B) I, Eric Griffin, am competent to state the matters set forth herewith.

C) I, Eric Griffin, have first hand knowledge and experience of
the Facts stated herein.

D) All the Facts stated herein are true, correct, complete, and not
misleading, admissible as evidence, and if testifying, I Eric Griffin,
shall so state:

This Truth Affidavit is presented under the authority of the

Constitutional Law, The Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Human
Rights, the First Amendment Rights of Freedom of Speech, Amendment IX,
The Right of Self Defense, The Right to use one’s own power to
preserve one’s own life, The right to earn a living, Amendment IV, The
right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and
effects, Amendment XIV, The Equal Protection Clause, Amendment XIII.
Freedom from involuntary servitude etc…And the Freedom to Redress
Grievances, WHEREAS, the public record is the highest form of
evidence, I Eric Griffin, am hereby timely creating public record
by Declaration with this Verified Declaration in the Nature of this
Truth Affidavit under the Original Organic laws of the Constitution
and state that:

1) I Eric Griffin, a God-loving, competent, citizen of the United States and

I am over the age of 21 years, and declare as follows, under penalty of perjury:

2) I conduct life and myself in obedience to my Creator and have respect for rules

of lawful authority.

3) I write this affidavit to document crimes against humanity and hate
crime administrations that have been criminally enforced on me for
years. I have been a victim of these crimes for 7 years.

4) These crimes include attempted murder, a vigilante slow killing,

deadly psychological warfare operations, induced suicide attempts,
enforced black operations military style, deadly criminal human
experimentation, voice to brain obstructions, lethal. deadly and
torturous electromagnetic weapons to the head and genital areas,
induced deadly sleep deprivation, defraud neuroscience, defraud
inoculations, induced retaliatory cancer, seizures, heart attack,
etc.., criminal, malicious and vicious gang stalking, relentless
economic crime infliction, income blacklisting, income lynchings,
income black mail, lawless surveillance, and discussions of the
lawless surveillance at the targets place of work and communities,
extortion, and coercion, etc….

5) The inflicted economic crimes, electronic and acoustic torture is
beyond words. I have suffered from: attempted murder, a vigilante slow
killing, deadly psychological warfare operations, deadly criminal
human experimentation, voice to brain obstructions, lethal, deadly and
torturous electromagnetic weapons to the head and genital areas,
induced deadly sleep deprivation, defraud neuroscience, defraud
inoculations, heart attack, criminal, malicious and vicious gang
stalking, relentless economic crime infliction, lawless surveillance,
and discussions of the lawless surveillance at the targets place of

work and communities, extortion, and coercion, etc….

6) I am filing this affidavit of truth with this office seeking
entitled public protection. My life is threatened daily. I have been
poisoned, gang stalked, etc______________________________

7) I seek equal protection of the law. Many offices have refused to
enforce human rights laws that protect innocent adults and children
from the above mentioned deadly human and civil rights obstructions.
This is an obstruction of justice. My life is being threatened and I
seek help.

8) I have had my life, income, and family obstructed by these
inflicted crimes. Complaints filed in the executive branch of
government, specifically, the U.S. Department of Justice, have been
lawlessly disregarded in violation of US Code Title 42 Section 1986.

9) My life is being threatened and I need help. This is an emergency
affidavit. There is a psychotic vigilante demon possessed group
killing innocent people and destroying lives under the false
phenomenon of above the law and I demand equal protection of the law,
particularly with respect to health, income and living conditions.
These are the targeted areas of infiltrated criminal demise that have
killed millions of other innocent people. I will not be next. I have a

God given right to protect my life, health, stop the poisonings, earn
an income, live free from organized stalking, electromagnetic weaponry,
V2K, etc….

10) These vigilante crimes are being implemented by psychotic
criminals in a most demonic and satanic possessed manner. I resent
being compelled to live with satanic ritual abuse administration
because the God created walls of protection, called laws, are not
being enforced. These psychological crimes against humanity criminals
and killers are not being held accountable or penalized. I want to
know why?

11) Consequently, I am filing this affidavit with this Honorable
_________,(Senator, Judge, Representative, etc) to document the need

For judicial and legislative emergency intervention, as these crimes are
deadly, obstructive, and require being stopped immediately.

12) I seek an end to this slow kill. I seek an end to electromagnetic
weaponry, torture, and the criminal sales of the devices, contracting,
and the criminal disregard of the crime. I seek redress regarding the
above mentioned deadly crimes against humanity.

13) The above crimes have been inflicted on innocent Americans in a
manner that advances a documented and deadly conspiracy against all

Human Rights and a conspiracy to offend or defraud the United States

pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Sec. 371 and 18 U.S.C. Sec. 242.

14) I am not in receipt of any law that authorizes the disregard of
the above documented induced torture, criminalities, and obstructions
of justice. Consequently, Equal protection of the law is needed and is
paramount. It can save lives!

15) This affidavit shall serve as notice of the above mentioned deadly
crimes inflicted, administered, and implemented, on me in a most life
threatening manner. Your professional response to this Truth
Affidavit, with the agenda to correct, regulate and compensate is
anticipated within 30 days of receipt of this Truth Affidavit.

16) If a public protection lawful response is not received within 30
days, this urgent life threatening matter will be pursued in a court
of law via class action lawsuit. This must be done, as I attest to
knowing innocent dead people that have been killed and criminally
destroyed, behind the above obstructions of justice and the disregard.
These crimes must stop, must be stopped, today and not tomorrow! I
most graciously, respectfully, and in all sincerity await an
expeditious lawful public protection response.

17) As the result of the above mentioned hate crimes that have been
criminally and maliciously inflicted on me, and the disregard of such,
I have endured great torture. I have been damaged physically, financially,
socially, and emotionally. Regulation and compensation is required.
