The Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHRC) said on Tuesday that, according to their own investigations, civilians are killed in most operations conducted by US forces. اللجنة الافغانيه المستقلة لحقوق الانسان (جنة حقوق الانسان المستقلة الافغانيه) قد ذكرت يوم الثلاثاء انه وفقا لتحقيقاتها في الموضوع ، يقتل المدنيون في معظم العمليات التي قامت بها القوات الاميركية. AIHRC expressed strong concern about the death of innocent Afghans during military operations and urged those responsible for the killings to face trial. واعرب عن القلق الشديد للجنة حقوق الانسان المستقلة الافغانيه عن مقتل الافغان الابرياء خلال العمليات العسكرية ، وحث المسئولين عن عمليات القتل الى المحاكمه. “According to our investigations, 98% of civilian casualties caused by the coalition forces in Afghanistan are intentional,” the head of the AIHRC, Lal Gul, said. They also accuse the Taliban of using civilians as human shields by taking shelter in residential homes and areas. كما انها تتهم حركة طالبان باستخدام المدنيين كدروع بشرية عن طريق اتخاذ ملجأ فى المنازل والمناطق السكنيه.
