Tuccille Gevraagd over medische marihuana op de campagnesleep in enkel anderhalf jaar Van Newhampshire geleden, toen-senator Barack Obama gezegd, „ik zou niet de Afdeling die van de Rechtvaardigheid hebben en medische marihuanagebruikers vervolgt overvalt. Het is geen goed gebruik van onze middelen.“ Algemeen bekend, is hij op de baan enkel een paar dagen geweest, maar het nu-voorzittersObama beleid heeft net op zijn eerste medische marihuanainval toezicht gehouden. Het is tijd voor hem om zijn belofte na te leven en van de honden te roepen. ? Het is niet juist om het nieuwe team van het Witte Huis van te beschuldigen inval in het Meer Tahoe, Californië van het Zuiden. De ambtenaren van het Beleid van de Handhaving van de drug zijn nog overblijfselen van het oude beleid, met de prioriteiten van het Witte Huis van Bush. Zo toen DEA in Holistic Oplossingen stormde en geld en marihuana stal, volgden zij een oud spelplan - niet noodzakelijk nieuwe. Beschouw zo als dit een test. Betekende Barack Obama wat hij over het trekken van de federale overheid uit de zaken van het schoppen in deuren en het vervoeren van mensen voor het gebruiken van marihuana gevangen te zetten om medische problemen te behandelen zei? De bal is in uw hof, M. Voorzitter. Vragen van de nieuwe voorzitter om zijn beloften op medische marihuana na te leven is nauwelijks radicaal. Nr, basis hem te vragen zou zijn om het recht van mensen te eerbiedigen te verbruiken welk substanties ook zij tevreden, om die substanties te produceren, hen te kopen van gewillige verkopers, en hen te verkopen aan enthousiaste klanten. Basis zou zijn te eisen dat hij erkent dat de mensen zouden moeten kunnen doen wat zij willen mits zij niet de gelijke rechten van anderen overtreden. Met andere woorden, wat er ook vreedzaam is. Vragen van de voorzitter om zijn eigen belofte op medische marihuana na te leven is radicaal helemaal niet. Het is enkel een kwestie erop wijzen dat wij hem willen zien de gang lopen na het spreken van de bespreking. President Obama zal weg aan een groot begin zijn als hij DEA snel beteugelt en geloofwaardige verzekeringen aanbiedt dat deze inval de laatste dergelijke inval op zijn horloge zal zijn. Als hij niet… Goed, zal dat een vreselijke partij zeggen over wat wij van dit beleid kunnen verwachten. President Obama,
I voted for you and congratulations on your presidency. I chose you because I believe you speak the truth and I hope that you will live up to your promises. I believe that you want to help the citizens of this country and help protect our civil liberties and freedoms. You said, ?I would not have the Justice Department prosecuting and raiding medical marijuana users. It?s not a good use of our resources.?

I myself am a medical marijuana patient in the state of Oregon and I don’t think it is okay that I need to be afraid for my life, my well being or the safety of my family because federally cannabis is unacceptable.
Marijuana helps me more than any other medication I have ever taken. I have fibromyalgia, chronic muscle spasms, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, spinal arthritis, acid reflux, generalized anxiety disorder, major recurrent depression etc.. In January 2007 I was taking more than 7 prescription drugs every day. Those medications were costing me my health and my life. I am happy to report that now all I need is medical marijuana, vitamins and 1 prescription medication that I take daily and I feel like a human being again and I can live my life.
The drug war in general is hurting our American people, our economy and ruining millions of lives.
PLEASE, stop federal raids on marijuana patients. I am already losing coverage for the ONE FDA approved medication for fibromyalgia because I am on state health care and they will not pay for it.
Marijuana is a far safer drug by all considerations than even alcohol. Alcohol is legal and controlled and regulated.
Even if you do not end cannabis prohibition, I certainly hope you will call off the medical marijuana raids and protect the rights of the citizens of the country you are serving.
