صوى العراق | بلغ الرقم المعتقلات يطلق تحت العامّة قرار قانون, يطلق بالحكومة في فبراير - شباط, 115615, الناطق بلسان رسميّة للمجلس [هيغر] قضائيّة يقال في يوم الإثنين.
"قد كان مجموعة من 115615 سجينات من محافظات مختلفة عراقيّة يحرّر بما أنّ العفو قانون [كم ينتو] تأثير," قاضية [أبدول] [ستّر] [أل-برقدر] يقال [أسوت] [أل-يرق] - صوى العراق - ([فوي]).
"الرقم المعتقلات الذي يكون لا يتضمّن في العفو قانون 28041," هو أضاف.
كان المجلس عراقيّة رئاسيّة قد وافق في فبراير - شباط 22 العامّة عفو قانون رفض. 19 of 2008 in a bid to enhance reconciliation in Iraq.
