De Schuld van Irak van de Daling van China in Hoop van de Overeenkomst van de Olie $700m

China heeft de annuleringen van de schuld aangekondigd die van Irak aan de Chinese overheid en heeft beloofd om de wederopbouw van het land en de hulpverbouwing te helpen zijn economie verschuldigd geweest.
Maar niet is alles aangezien het schijnt zoals de Chinese overheid bij slaan behandelt Irak op… u veronderstelde het, olie van plan is.
Iraakse Voorzitter, Jalal Talabani, is momenteel in Peking voor besprekingen met HU Jintao, de Chinese Voorzitter, en is het eerste bezoek door een Iraaks staatshoofd sinds 1958.
De overeenkomst zou zich op een $700m- contract moeten concentreren dat vóór de val van Saddam Hussein werd ondertekend om een Iraaks olieveld te ontwikkelen. The Chinese also hope to expand the contract to allow further oil discoveries, as just 10% of Iraq has been surveyed for oil.
Oil is big business for China, the trade is worth over $50bn to them and around 60% of China’s oil is imported from the region.
Foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang said: “China has always been supportive and has participated in the rebuilding of Iraq.
“We will reduce or forgive Iraq’s debt on a large scale, and help it to train people in the fields of economics, electrical power, diplomacy and management. We hope Iraq can restore stability, safety and development as soon as possible,” Qin told a news conference.
