The Liberal Democrats yesterday accused both Labour and the Conservatives of ducking the hard decisions on police reform in favour of a sentencing arms race, as they launched their proposals for fundamental reform of the way the police are run.自由民主黨昨天被告勞資雙方和保守黨的迴避了艱難的決定對警察改革在贊成判刑的軍備競賽，因為他們推出了他們的建議書，根本的改革方式，警方現正運行。
