Claims must be dealt with urgently by the US forces’ authorities in accordance to US laws and regulations. 클레임 주한 미군을 시급히 처리되어야합니다 '미국 법률과 규정에 따라 당국합니다. When settling claims, the US forces authorities will take in consideration any investigation reports, opinions regarding responsibility, or opinions regarding amount of damages issued by the Iraqi authorities. 안정화 때 청구, 주한 미군 당국은 어떤 조사 보고서를 고려, 의견에 대한 책임을, 또는 액수의 손해 배상에 관한 의견을 이라크 당국에서 발급한합니다.

Article Twenty Two 제 22
Detention 구금
1- All detention operations in this agreement must be conducted in accordance to the Iraqi law, constitution, sovereignty and national interest as decided by the Iraqi government in accordance to the international law. 1 - 본 계약의 모든 작업을 수용에 따라 실시되어야합니다 이라크의 법, 헌법에 의해 결정으로 주권과 국익에 따라 이라크 정부는 국제법을합니다.
2- All individuals detained by US forces must be prepared to be handed over to the Iraqi authorities within 24 hours. 2 - 모든 개인 의해 구속되어야합니다 준비가되어있는 주한 미군은 이라크 당국은 24 시간 이내에 배달합니다.
3- No detention operations can take place without a warrant issued by the specialized Iraqi authorities in accordance to the Iraqi law. 3 - 아니오 구금 영장없이는 작업 장소에서 발급한 걸릴 수있습니다 전문 이라크 당국은 이라크 법률에 따라합니다.

Extending this agreement to other countries 다른 나라에이 계약 연장
1- Iraq may reach an agreement with any other country participating in the Multi-National forces to ask for their help in achieving security and stability in Iraq. 1 - 이라크는 다른 나라와의 계약을 도달 멀티 - 국립 세력에 참여해 그들의 도움을 요구할 보안과 안정성이 이라크를 달성합니다.
2- Iraq is permitted to reach an agreement that includes any of the articles mentioned in this agreement with any country or international organization to ask for help in achieving security and stability in Iraq. 2 - 이라크가 허용 합의에 도달 관련 기사 중 하나를 포함하는 본 계약을 언급되어 도움을 요청 어떤 나라 또는 국제 기관에 보안과 안정성이 이라크를 달성합니다.

Implementation 구현
The following entities are responsible of the implementation of this agreement and the settlement of any disputes over its interpretation and application: 다음과 같은 엔티티는이 계약의 책임의 실시와 해석 및 응용 프로그램을 통해 법적 분쟁 발생시 해결 :
1- A joint committee of ministers from both sides that deal with the basic issues needed to interpret the implementation of this agreement. 1 - 공동위원회는 내각의 기본적인 문제를 처리하는 양측의 구현이 계약의 해석이 필요합니다.
2- A joint committee to coordinate military operations. 2 - 공동위원회 군사 작전을 조정합니다. This committee will be formed by the joint committee of ministers and includes representatives from both sides. 이위원회의 공동위원회에 의해 형성된다 장관과 대표자 양면을 다 포함합니다. The joint committee to coordinate military operations will be jointly led by both sides. 좌표의 공동위원회를 공동으로 군사 작전은 양측이 이끄는합니다.
3- A joint committee formed by both sides that includes representatives chosen by both sides. 3 - 공동위원회 결성하여 양측에 의해 선택된 양측 대표를 포함합니다. This committee deals with all issues related to this agreement that do not fall under the mandate of the joint committee to coordinate military operations; this committee will jointly led by both sides. 이위원회가이 계약과 관련된 모든 문제를 다루는가 필요하지 않은 가을의 공동위원회를 협조 아래의 위임장 군사 작전 있지만,이위원회는 양측이 이끄는 공동으로합니다.
4- Sub-committees in all different areas created by the joint committee. 4 - 서브 -위원회에 서로 다른 지역의 모든 공동위원회에서 만든합니다. Subcommittees will discuss issues related to interpretation and implementation of this agreement each in accordance to its expertise. 분과위원회와 관련된 문제를 논의할 본 계약의 해석 및 실시에 따라 각각의 전문 지식을합니다.

Article Twenty Six 제 26
Targeted times to handover complete security responsibilities to the Iraqi security forces, and withdrawal of US forces from Iraq 타겟이 분명한 시간을 이양은 이라크 보안 병력의 완전한 보안 책임에 대해, 그리고 이라크에서 미군 철수
Iraqi Suggestion: the Iraqi delegation has suggested the following title to this article: 이라크의 제안 : 이라크의 대표단은 다음과 같은 제목을 권장이 기사 :
Transferring security responsibilities to Iraqi authorities, and the withdrawal of the US forces from Iraq 전송하는 보안의 책임을 이라크 당국, 그리고 이라크에서 미군 철수
US Suggestion: the US delegation has suggested combining paragraphs 1 and 2 as follows: 미국 제안 : 결합 단락은 미국 대표단은 1과 2를 다음과 같이 제안 :
1- Both sides have agreed on the following time targets to handover complete security responsibilities to the Iraqi security forces and the withdrawal of the US forces from Iraq: 1 - 양측은 다음과 같은 시간에 합의를 목표로 이라크 보안군에 이양 완전한 보안의 책임과 이라크에서 미군 철수 :
A- US combat troops will withdraw from Iraq completely at the latest on (…) a - 미국 전투 병력이 이라크에서 완전 철수 늦어도에서 (…)
B- US forces will withdraw from all cities, towns, and villages at latest by June 30, 2009 unless the Iraqi authorities request otherwise.
Note: the head of the US delegation offered to accept the new title only if their combined paragraph is accepted, and he linked the two as one deal
3- All US combat troops regroup in installations and areas agreed upon after the date mentioned in paragraph 2 of this article.
4- After the withdrawal of all combat troops as mentioned in paragraph 1 of this article, the rest of these forces will stay based on a request from the Iraqi government in accordance to this agreement. The joint committee for operations and coordination will determine the tasks and level of the troops that will focus on training and supporting Iraqi security forces.
5- Both sides review the progress towards achieving dates mentioned in this article and the conditions that might lead to one side asking the other to extend or reduce the time periods mentioned in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of this article. Any extension or reduction of the time period is subject to both side’s approval.
6- US forces may withdraw from Iraq before the dates indicated in this article if either of the two sides should so request. Both sides recognize the Iraqi government’s sovereign right to request a withdrawal of US forces at anytime.
Article Twenty Seven
Contract Validity
1- This agreement is valid for (…) years unless it is terminated earlier based on a request from either sides or extended with the approval of both sides.
2- This agreement can be modified with the written approval of both sides and in accordance to constitutional procedures in both countries.
3- Cancellation of this agreement requires a written notice provided on year in advance.
4- This agreement goes into effect on the day that diplomatic memos confirming all constitutional procedures have been met in both countries are exchanged.
5- These memos will be exchanged before the expiration of UN resolution number 1790 at latest by December 31st, 2008.
