The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) is to investigate the distribution of medicine in the UK following the implementation of a controversial new supply arrangement between Pfizer and Alliance Boots’ UniChem wholesaling business. مكتب التجارة المنصفه (غالبا) للتحقيق في توزيع الادوية في المملكه المتحدة في اعقاب تنفيذ العرض الجديد للجدل ترتيب تحالف بين شركة فايزر والاحذيه 'unichem بالجمله والاعمال التجارية.
Until recently, all drugs were distributed through a network of wholesalers to pharmacists, dispensing doctors and hospitals. وحتى وقت قريب ، وتم توزيع جميع العقاقير من خلال شبكة من تجار الجمله الى صيادله ، والاستغناء عن الاطباء والمستشفيات.

Pharmacists, dispensing doctors and wholesalers said it was anti-competitive, as wholesalers were no longer competing with each other to sell Pfizer products, and warned that it would increase costs for the NHS. والصيادله والاطباء الاستغناء عن تجار الجمله وقال انه المناهضه للمنافسة ، كما تجار الجمله لم تعد تتنافس مع بعضها البعض لبيع منتجات شركة فايزر ، وحذرت من انها سوف تزيد من التكاليف لبالقطاع الوطني للصحه.
AstraZeneca and Swiss drug group Novartis have both invited wholesalers to tender for a similar direct-to-pharmacy model, and US company Eli Lilly is also looking at changing its supply chain in the UK. Today, the OFT said it would study the distribution of medicine in the UK and report back by the end of the year. اليوم ، والتي غالبا ما قالت انها ستدرس توزيع الادوية في المملكه المتحدة وتقديم تقرير عنها قبل نهاية العام.

"
The NHS spends more than £10bn a year on the purchase of prescription medicines, and pharmacies currently provide more than 800m prescriptions a year. بالقطاع الوطني للصحه ينفق اكثر من 10bn جنيه استرليني سنويا على شراء الأدوية والوصفات الطبية ، الصيدليات وتؤمن في الوقت الحاضر اكثر من وصفات 800m في السنة.
In response to the OFT move, Alliance Boots said this morning that the market study “does not affect the operation of the Group’s direct to pharmacy distribution arrangements with Pfizer”. وردا على التحرك كثيرا ، والتحالف من الاحذيه وقال صباح اليوم ان دراسة السوق "لا تؤثر في سير عمل الفريق مباشرة الى الصيدليه ترتيبات التوزيع مع شركة فايزر".
Alliance Boots is currently on the receiving end of a £10bn private equity-backed bid from its deputy chairman and largest shareholder, the Italian billionaire Steffano Pessina. الاحذيه التحالف حاليا على المتلقي جنيه استرليني 10bn الأسهم الخاصة المدعومه من عرض نائب رئيس واكبر مساهم ، البليونير steffano pessina الايطاليه.
