Under the Organic Foods Production Act, the USDA’s National Organic Standards Board is required to renew approval every five years for any non-organic ingredients that are allowed into organic foods.根據有機食品生產法，美國農業部的國家有機標準要求委員會重新批准，每5年為任何非有機成分是獲准進入有機食品。
