American Blackout chronicles the recurring patterns of voter disenfranchisement from Florida 2000 to Ohio 2004 while following the story of Georgia Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. التعتيم الامريكى المتكررة سجلات الناخبين من انماط الحرمان من فلوريدا 2000 الى 2004 في حين ان ولاية أوهايو بعد قصة جورجيا الكونغرس سينثيا مكينني.
