When the court resumed Syed Ahmad sentenced the 21-year-old student from Saudi Arabia to 12 years’ jail and three strokes of the rotan for possessing 2.57kg of cannabis at the entrance of Cyber Heights Villa, Dengkil, Sepang, at 1am on Nov 18, 2006. وعندما استأنفت المحكمة حكمت سيد أحمد (21 عاما) طالب من المملكة العربية السعودية إلى 12 سنوات والسجن ثلاث ضربات من rotan لحيازة القنب 2.57kg عند مدخل فيلا مرتفعات الزكاة ، Dengkil ، سيبانغ ، في تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر على 1am 18 ، 2006.

Syed Ahmad sentenced Tariq to another three years’ jail and 10 strokes of the rotan on a second charge of possessing 43.5g of cannabis at the same time and place. طارق سيد احمد إلى آخر بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات والسجن من 10 الجلطات rotan على الثاني من تهمة حيازة القنب 43.5g في نفس الوقت والمكان.

He ordered both jail terms to run concurrently from the date of Tariq’s arrest on Nov 18, 2006. انه أمر على حد سواء بالسجن لمتزامنة من تاريخ القبض على طارق نوفمبر 18 ، 2006.

In delivering the sentence, Syed Ahmad said he took into consideration Gurbachan’s mitigation which highlighted the fact that Tariq was a business computing student in a private college here when he was arrested. لدى النطق بالحكم ، وقال سيد احمد قال انه أخذ في الاعتبار Gurbachan 'sالتخفيف التي سلطت الضوء على حقيقة ان طارق كان يدرس الكمبيوتر التجارية في كلية خاصة هنا عندما القي القبض عليه.
