الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة مشرعات يتحدّى البيت الأبيض حقّ نقض تهديد في يوم الأربعاء ويقترع إلى قضيب وكالة المخابرات الأمريكيّة مقاولات من يستجوب يشكّ إرهابيات, في المتأخّرة صدام على معتقلة معالجة في الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة - يفاد حرب على إرهاب.

وافق ال [هووس وف ربرسنتتيف] [دموكرتيك-كنترولّد] الإحتياط في يتبنّى إجراء واسعة أن يفوّض يموّل من الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة ذكاء ل ال 2009 [فيسكل ر]. يترقّب فاتورة متّصلة عمل في المجلس الشيوخ.

 

أتى ممر من الفاتورة [مولتيبيلّيون دولّر] على صوة إقتراع, يشير تصديق واسعة, على الرغم من البيت الأبيض حقّ نقض تهديد يصدر [إرلير ين ث دي].

 

[إين دّيأيشن تو] المقاولة حالة حظر, قال البيت الأبيض هو أيضا اعترض إلى إحتياطات أن يجبر الرئيس أن يعطي إجتماع أكثر حسّاسة أمن وطنيّ معلومة, وأن يؤسّس مفتشة جنرال مع سلطة على كلّ وكالة المخابرات فيديراليّة.

 

أخرى زاد إجراءات في الفاتورة يموّل لذكاء عاملات وإلى مدربة تطويرات في آسيا, إفريقيا و [لتين مريك].

 

يحتوي الفاتورة كثير إحتياطات "أنّ نزاع مع التصرّف إداريّ من ذكاء أنشطة," البيت الأبيض ميزانية مكتب يقال في إشعار إلى إجتماع. "إن (الفاتورة) كان قدّمت إلى الرئيس, الرئيس أوصى مستشارات كبريات أنّ هو حقّ نقض الفاتورة."

 

وكالة المخابرات الأمريكيّة قد اعترف مديرة مايكل [هدن] أنّ [أوتسد كنتركتور] كان استعملت أن يوصل بعض إستجوابات في الوكالة توقيف برنامج ل يشكّ إرهابيات, أيّ يتلقّى يكون على نحو واسع أدنت لتقنيات قاسية أنّ ناقدات يقولون مبلغة أن يعذّب.

 

[هدن] يقال إجتماع في فبراير - شباط صدق هو مقاولات يساعد تصرّف إداريّ "[وتربوأردينغ]," ال [فيرسلي] يدان يتظاهر يغرق تقنية أنّ هو اعترف يستعمل على ثلاثة [أل] [قدا] مشبوهات. 

ناقدات يقولون الإستعمال ال [أوتسد كنتركتور] استطاع سمحت الوكالة المخابرات الأمريكيّة أن يراوغ مسؤولية لأسواء, غير أنّ قد قال الوكالة مقاولات [سوبجكت تو] ال نفسه قانون بما أنّ وكالة مسؤولات.

 

"سيأخذ فاتورتنا أنشطة [دتنأيشن-رلتد] من الأيادي ال [بريفت كنتركتور] وسيضع المسؤولية إلى الخلف حيث هو ينتسب, في الأيادي من يفوّض حكومة مستخدمة," الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة [رب]. قال يناير - كانون الثّاني [سكهكووسكي], إيلينوي ديموقراطية, [شورتلي بفور] المنزل ذكاء لجنة يمّرّ الإجازة إجراء في شهر ماي.

 

 

 

البيت الأبيض أشياء

 

غير أنّ البيت الأبيض يقال يحظّر عقد مستجوبات استطاع حرمت البرنامج من ضروريّة يستنطق مهارات وخبرة.

 

“Such a provision would unduly limit the United States’ ability to obtain intelligence needed to protect Americans from attack,” it said.

 

The House adopted a Republican-sponsored amendment aimed at preventing federal agencies from barring official use of terms such as “jihadist” or “Islamo-fascism” in discussing counterterrorism efforts.

 

Some government officials have warned that the use of such terms alienates moderate Muslims, but supporters of the amendment argued that they simply reflect words used by militant Islamist groups.

 

Lawmakers also approved a provision requiring the government to give prompt updates of any new intelligence on Iran’s nuclear program, reflecting dissatisfaction with a National Intelligence Estimate last year that reported Iran had suspended design work on a nuclear device. 

The Senate Intelligence Committee passed in May its version of the overall bill, which contains a similar ban on CIA interrogation contractors. It also would ban CIA harsh interrogations and require that the Red Cross be granted access to all detainees.

 

The measure awaits action by the full Senate. Differences between the House and Senate versions would have be resolved before any final measure is passed.

 

Major funding provisions of the intelligence bill are classified. Last year the the administration bowed to a law ordering disclosure of the annual intelligence budget and said it had spent $43.5 billion in fiscal 2007.
