The town is negotiating with Blackwater to allow the private security company to lease space at Northeastern Regional Airport to use for its driver training program. مدينة تتفاوض مع Blackwater للسماح للشركة امن خاصة لتأجير الفضاء الاقليمي في شمال شرق مطار لاستخدامها لسائقها برنامج التدريب. Blackwater is reviewing a proposed $14,000 a year land-lease arrangement and could begin using the property as early as next month, according to Knighton. The town also is looking at a program Blackwater developed in conjunction with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol to teach defensive driving to newly licensed teenage drivers, Knighton said. المدينة هي ايضا النظر في برنامج Blackwater المتقدمه جنبا الى جنب مع دولة ولاية كارولينا الشمالية لدوريات الطرق السريعه لتعليم القيادة الدفاعيه لفي سن المراهقه السائقين المرخص لها حديثا ، وقال knighton.

Its nice too know that a private assasination group that is accountable to no-one is being helped out and given training facilities with such ease . نيس دورته ايضا نعلم ان القطاع الخاص اغتيال الفريق أن يكون مسؤولا أمام لا أحد يجري ساعد بها وبالنظر الى مرافق التدريب مع هذه السهوله. BLACKWATER should be disbanded then held accountable for their crimes in my opinion . Blackwater ينبغي حلها بعد ذلك عن جرائمهم في رأيي. ENOUGH SAID!!!. وقال يكفي!.
