Okay, here are something

blackwater is a training ground for several different law enforcement agency's(FBI,CIA?, various PDs, etc etc)

They have proper licensing among other things.

something that keeps getting over looked, is that camden county does not have a armory.

since before the guns were ever purchased or thought about they have been allowed to have mostly free use of the blackwater facility for training, and whatnot.

blackwater has an armory.....camden county does not....

whats the problem here?

blackwater is one of the best things that has happened to this area, and on more then one occasion have gone a good deal out of their way to help out the local counties in some capacity.

so again

blackwater has licenses to own/possess fully automatic weapons, and is a training center used by our government

camden county does not have an armory.

what is the harm in camden storing their weapons at blackwaters armory?

OK - Let's stop and think about this issue for a moment. Blackwater already has Federal Firearms Licenses to own fully automatic weapons (machine guns). What rational would there be to do any sort of work-around to avoid laws the company is already compying with? I suspect this is more like a deal worked out between the company and the Sheriff so Blackwater can use the guns on a limited basis in exchange for facilities use by the Sheriff's department.
