White House clams up on CIA cover-up البيت الابيض المحار حتى على وكالة المخابرات المركزية تستر
The White House said Monday it would not answer questions about the CIA’s destroying interrogation tapes of terrorism suspects, citing ongoing investigations into what some have called a cover-up. وقال البيت الأبيض الاثنين انه لن الاجابه عن سؤال حول وكالة المخابرات المركزية تدمير استجواب المشتبه فيهم اشرطه الارهاب ، مستشهدا على التحقيقات الجاريه في بعض ما قد يسمى عملية تستر.
Spokesman Dana Perino said that President George W Bush’s official lawyer had requested a no-comment policy while the Justice Department and Central Intelligence Agency looked into the simmering controversy. وقال المتحدث باسم دانا perino ان الرئيس جورج دبليو بوش قد طلب المحامي الرسمي عدم التعليق في حين ان سياسة وزارة العدل ووكاله الاستخبارات المركزية ينظر الى غلي ببطء الجدل.
“Until that process works itself out, I’m going to adhere to their request,” she told reporters. "حتى ان عملية اشغال نفسه بها ، وانا ذاهب الى الانضمام الى طلبهم ،" اعربت للصحافيين. “I think that that’s appropriate, and I’ll adhere to it.” "واعتقد ان ذلك مناسبا ، وانا في الانضمام اليها."
