美國：特赦關上本・拉登司機的關塔那摩試驗

AKI | 在星期三阿爾凱達領導人本・拉登的前司機， Salim Hamdan，判罪由美國軍事陪審員支持的恐怖主義，沒有接受一次公平的試驗，說權利小組國際特赦組織。

「Salim Hamdan的信念根據不符合國際博覽會試驗標準的規程在關塔那摩配製他的超過五年不公道』不合法的拘留」，陳述的基於倫敦的國際特赦組織。

定案在也門出生Hamdan是在充分的戰爭犯罪將交付的一个試驗在美國監獄在關塔那摩海灣，古巴。

美國政府認為Hamdan接受了「一次公平的試驗」。

軍委法律允許從強制審訊方法和證據收集的傳聞證據將使用。公眾不允許出席試驗，并且經常從未發表法律文件。

恐怖主義嫌疑犯要求為了軍事法庭能將被摒棄和特赦被扣留在普通的平民法院將嘗試的關塔那摩在美國「沒有手段到死刑」。

但辯護律師要求Hamdan是一名低級雇員。

Hamdan在阿富汗承認了工作為本・拉登從1997年到2001年200美元每月，但說他為薪水在美國工作，不做戰爭。
