Spiegel شبيغل | A German-Lebanese victim of the CIA’s extraordinary renditions program plans to sue the government in Berlin to force it to issue extradition orders against 13 American intelligence agents involved in his alleged kidnapping. | الالمانيه - اللبنانيه ضحيه وكالة المخابرات المركزية خطط برنامج الترحيل غير العادي لمقاضاة الحكومة في برلين ، لدفعها إلى إصدار أوامر تسليم المجرمين ضد 13 من عملاء المخابرات الامريكية المشاركة فى الاختطاف المزعوم.
Khaled el-Masri, the German-Lebanese abducted in Afghanistan as part of the CIA’s extraordinary renditions program and detained without reason, is expected to file a lawsuit early this week against Germany’s Federal Justice Ministry in a Berlin administrative court. خالد المصري ، والمءسسه الالمانيه - اللبنانيه خطف فى افغانستان كجزء من وكالة المخابرات المركزية برنامج الترحيل غير العادي واحتجازه دون سبب ، ومن المتوقع رفع دعوى في وقت مبكر من هذا الاسبوع فى المانيا ضد وزارة العدل الاتحادية في برلين المحكمه الاداريه.
El-Masri is being backed in his suit by the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, which wants to force the German government to pursue the extradition of 13 CIA agents from the United States who allegedly kidnapped el-Masri in Macedonia at the end of 2003 and took him to Afghanistan in early 2004. El المصري يجري في دعواه المدعومه من قبل المركز الاوروبي للالدستورية وحقوق الانسان ، الذي يريد ان قوة الحكومة الالمانيه على مواصلة تسليم 13 من عملاء وكالة المخابرات المركزية من الولايات المتحدة ويزعم ان من خطف el المصري في مقدونيا في نهاية 2003 واقتادته الى افغانستان فى اوائل عام 2004.
Public prosecutors in Munich النيابة العامة في ميونيخ issued arrest warrants (more…) اوامر بالقبض على (المزيد…) against the supposed kidnappers in early 2007, but the Justice Ministry decided at the end of the year ضد من المفترض ان الخاطفين فى اوائل عام 2007 ، لكن وزارة العدل قررت في نهاية السنة not to transmit extradition requests (more…) لا ان يحيل طلبات تسليم المجرمين (المزيد…) to the United States following a major diplomatic offensive by the US Embassy and after concluding that prosecutors would have meager prospects for success. الى الولايات المتحدة في أعقاب هجوم كبير من جانب الدبلوماسية في السفارة الاميركية وبعد ان خلصت الى ان النيابة العامة قد ضعيفة الى هذا الحد من احتمالات النجاح.

“The German federal judiciary stopped half way at the time,” said ECCHR chief Wolfgang Kaleck. "السلطة القضاءيه الاتحادية الالمانيه توقفت في منتصف الطريق في ذلك الوقت ،" قال رئيس ecchr وولفغانغ kaleck. “An arrest warrant for causing the disappearance and torture of a person must be carried out with all force.” "امر بالقاء القبض على التسبب في اختفاء وتعذيب اي شخص يجب ان يتم مع جميع القوة".
