شرطة [تسر] إدعاءات آخر حياة
يوم السّبت, أبريل - نيسان [26ث], 2008
24 [ير-ولد] بحيرة منظرة مات رجل يوم الخميس, خمسة أيام عقب ضاحييّ ضاحية سينسناتي شرطة صدمواه مع [تسر] خارج قضيب هناك. أدخلت [كفين] [بيسكورا], 24, من ال 800 قالب من [فلتشر] غربيّة, تلقّى يكون منذ الحادث في 2 صباحا. مات يوم السّبت خارج قضيب في [أإكسفورد], أوهايو, وهو يوم الخميس العصر في جامعة مستشفى في سينسناتي, أسرته يقال. أحطت [بيسكورا] كان جانبا أحبّ أحد [أت ث تيم وف] موته, والأسرة أصدر يكتب بيان فيما بعد في اليوم: "اليوم, خسر نحن إبنة, أخ, أسرة عضوة وصديقة." على قبض فيديو كان بالآلة تصوير من فوق [تسر] [إكس26] يبهت مسدّس مدفع يستعمل ب [أإكسفورد] ضابط شرطة الذي اشتبك مع [بيسكورا] باكرا يوم السّبت خارج قضيب قرب ميامي جامعة. [بيسكورا] تخرّج من المدرسة في 2006 قبل يتحرّك إلى شيكاغو. [بيسكور'س] بحيرة منظرة رفيق حجرة, ستيفن [غ.]. رميت [سميث], 24, كان يكون من القضيب وبدأ يتنازع مع موظفات. ضابط شرطة أمر [سميث] أن يتوقّف, غير أنّ [بيسكورا] يتلاقى داخل وبدأ يتنازع مع الضابطة, الذي سحب [تسر] ه وحذّرهم أن يتوقّف, حافظت يقول. [سميث] [بك وفّ], غير أنّ ضربت [بيسكورا] كان في القفص صدر ب [تسر] شوكات - عقب ضابطة [جوفّ] [روبينسن] صاح "[تسر]" ثلاثة أوقات, لكلّ قسم سياسة, شرطة يقال. يبدي المثيرة, 69 ثاني فيديو من الحادث [بيسكورا] تقدم على الأرض بينما يكون يصدم ل حوالي 10 ثانية. تحرّيت الحادث يكون بالمحلّية إقليم عمدة. كان الضابطة الذي أطلق النار [تسر] قد كان على الشرطة قوة لاثنان سنون. هو كان درّبت على [تسر] في سبتمبر - أيلول وأتمّ [رفرشر كورس] أبريل - نيسان 12, شرطة يقال. As i have mentioned elsewhere tasers may be safer than the other option of being shot by a hail of bullets , but even tasers carry risks as we have seen , how do the officers know whether the person who the device is being used on has a heart complaint for example , the answer is THEY DONT ! . The problem i see so very often is that officers of the law are relying on these so-called NON-LETHAL means more and more , without waying up all the options first , its almost a lazy way of solving their problems its an easy answer . Trigger-Happy may be too strong a word but i believe that there should be more stringant control over these devices and should only be used as A LAST RESORT and not as THE FIRST OPTION as seems too be the case more and more these days ! .
