شرطة يحصلون [160م] من علاوات في واحدة سنة

يتصرّف أرقام يطلق تحت الحرية المعلومة يبدي أنّ شرطة استولى على [157ميلّيون] [لست ر], بما في ذلك رحلات أجنبيّة مع الأسرة ملكيّة.
المعدّلة علاوة تراوح دفع من £273 في ناي إلى £1,206 في [ستفّوردشير]. دفعت بعض [3.4ميلّيون] كان خارجا لعمل كريهة أو تفاني خاصّة إلى واجب رسم.
This included up to £500 for gruesome tasks such as dealing with a fatal road traffic accident.

انتقدت الدفعات كان بثقل. [نورثومبريا] رئيسيّة موظّف كبير قال مايك [كريك], الذي شخصيّا شارك £47,000 مع نائبته وثلاثة مساعدات: "لا يتلقّى علاوات مكان في الشرطة خدمة.
“Sometimes what officers have to do can be awful. أنا كنت كبريات يتحرّى ضابطة في لندن. أنا قد رأيت الأشياء مروّعة أكثر أنت استطاع في أيّ وقت تصادفت غير أنّ أنّ الشغل أنا وقعت [أوب تو] يتمّ."
هو أضاف: "لا يقود علاوات إلى يحسن أداء. قد أتى [هي برفورمنس] نا من عمل نحن أتمّنا مهما كان."
شرطة اتّحاد فيدراليّ وصف رئيس مجلس إدارة بول [مكيفر] النظامة بما أنّ "فاصلة وظالمة". هو أضاف: "يتنازع نحن للجيّدة راتب صفقة يمكن ولا أن يتلقّى ضابطات متّكلة على علاوات [أد-هوك]."
ماتيو إيليوت, رئيس من ال [تإكسبرس]' تحالف, يضاف: "يبدو هذا أن يكون مبلغة خارق للعادة مال أن يعطي في علاوات [أت ا تيم وهن] هناك ليس ظاهريّا بما فيه الكفاية مال أن ينفذ حتّى الأساسيّة شرطة [بي ستّلمنت].
“With some forces clearly struggling to protect the public adequately, there are serious questions to be asked about why so many bonuses are being paid out across the board.”
The Association of Police Authorities, which is responsible for the bonus system, said: “We are committed to reviewing the bonus scheme in order to understand if and how it improves performance.”
The Home Office said it had no plans to review the system.
