In November 2004, Jami Miscik, in charge of the CIA’s intelligence unit, caught flak from her boss, new CIA Director Porter Goss, for refusing a request from Dick Cheney’s office to declassify a section of a CIA report that would have helped the Administration justify the Iraq war. 2004年11月，密Miscik ，負責中情局的情報單位，被防彈從她的老闆，新的中情局局長戈斯，拒絕要求切尼的辦公室解密一段中央情報局的報告會幫助政府的理由是伊拉克戰爭。
