In November 2004, Jami Miscik, in charge of the CIA’s intelligence unit, caught flak from her boss, new CIA Director Porter Goss, for refusing a request from Dick Cheney’s office to declassify a section of a CIA report that would have helped the Administration justify the Iraq war. 2004年11月，密Miscik ，负责中情局的情报单位，被防弹从她的老板，新的中情局局长戈斯，拒绝要求切尼的办公室解密一段中央情报局的报告会帮助政府的理由是伊拉克战争。
