De militaire Artsen besmetten Gevangene Gitmo met HIV

De V.S. Attorney H. Candace Gorman heeft geopenbaard dat haar cliënt Abdul Hamid Al-Ghizzawi met het Menselijke Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is besmet. Al Ghizzawi gelooft de besmetting tijdens medische procedures in Guantanamo in 2004 gebeurde toen hij een bloedonderzoek werd gegeven dat in alarm onder het het ziekenhuispersoneel resulteerde. Al Ghizzawi werd gegeven geen verklaring voor het alarm tegelijkertijd. Dientengevolge is al-Ghizzawi nu verteld dat hij aan het Verworven Immune Syndroom lijdt van de Deficiëntie (AIDS). Reeds hebben geledend aan Hepatitis B en Tuberculose (die hij ook in Guantanamo verwierf) Al Ghizzawi is gehouden in strenge isolatie in Kamp 6.
Gorman diende een noodsituatietoepassing met het Opperste Hof vraagt dat van de V.S. in dat de militaire V.S. worden bevolen om de medische problemen van al-Ghizzawi en voor medische verslagen te behandelen die aan haar moeten worden omgekeerd. De belangrijkste Rechter Roberts ontkende de motie ondanks het die door de belangrijkste medische arts in Guantanamo, Dr. Sollock wordt verklaard, dat al-Ghizzawi niet aan enige slechte gezondheid op aankomst aan de basis leed.
De gezondheid van al-Ghizzawi is snel verslechterd en Cageprisoners verzoekt de directe versie van zijn medische verslagen zodat de adequate medische behandeling aan de gevangene kan worden gegeven. Woordvoerder voor Cageprisoners en de vroegere gevangene van Guantanamo, Moazzam bovengenoemde Begg,
„Dat een mens die meer dan de helft van een decennium in de meest beruchte gevangenis heeft verdragen van de wereld - zonder last of proef - nu besmet met de meest gevreesde ziekte van de wereld ongerijmd is is. Hoe de Amerikaanse regering dit aan zijn familie zal verklaren? Meer `robuuste ondervragingstechnieken'?“
Met de voorwaarde van al-Ghizzawi aangezien het is, maakte Candace Gorman het volgende pleidooi,
„Al-Ghizzawi is een onschuldige burger die aan de Amerikanen in antwoord op bounty (contant geld Amerikaanse dollars voor Arabieren) wordt omgekeerd. Al-Ghizzawi is genomen uit zijn vrouw en jonge dochter en hij zal sterven als hij geen directe medische zorg wordt gegeven, en toch kunnen de Amerikaanse militairen worden gehinderd niet… Ik vraag dat iedereen tevreden de Amerikaanse staatsafdeling contacteren en hen te vragen om de deze onschuldige en zeer zieke mens te bevrijden.“
A double heart-attack of Saifullah Paracha, the death of an Afghan detainee due to cancer and the deaths of four other detainees in Guantanamo all highlight the serious medical difficulties of those being detained. The US administration must put pressure on the public to give full medical treatment to those under its control. However, the medical situation only reiterates the more pressing concern that these men must either be charged for crimes under a system that is recognised to be fair and open, or must be released expeditiously.

ReplyAre warcrimes being perpetrated by the jailers in U.S.prisons, including the secret “sites” around the world?? Have they really stooped so low as to infect their charges with AIDS?? Is this their latest “tool” as prez shrub likes to call these practices of cruelty and torture that the U.S. seems driven to commit in violation of U.S.& international law??? && Oh yes, the GOV. does not WANT to treat these prisoners…..Could, should the medical personnel be sent to check out life in the Hague?? O.K., O.K. I know its the bush/neocon plan to be so monsterous, that we all fall down on our knees in obedience to their racist agenda. Even more difficult to believe, that these neocon Jewish dual citizens of Israel/U.S. are many of the lead actors in this play for world domination……which can only endanger their precarious minority still in the middle east by fanning the flames of religous intolerance and hatred. Are they not afraid that their people will reap what they so wantonly sew???
