Libya releases ‘disappeared’ dissident, says rights group利比亚新闻稿'失踪'持不同政见者说，人权组织
London: The Libyan government has freed a political prisoner after he was arrested 15 months ago, the US-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) said. 伦敦：利比亚政府释放政治犯后，他被逮捕，在15个月前，以美国为基地的人权观察组织（人权观察）说。 Juma Boufayed was arrested along with 13 Libyan political activist in February last year. 朱马boufayed被逮捕，随着13利比亚政治活动家在去年二月。 The group had planned to protest what they called police brutality. 该集团计划，以抗议他们所谓的警察暴行。
