قد كتب المحامية يمثّل مقيمة بريطانيّة يحتجز في [غنتنمو] نباح إلى [تويسش] براين [كون] يبحث معلومة على وكالة المخابرات الأمريكيّة رحلات يتضمّن في زبونته "تمثيل خارق للعادة" أيّ هبط في [شنّون] في 2002 و2004.

كتب [كليف] [ستفّورد] [سميث] إلى سيد [كون] في يوم الجمعة [أن بهلف وف] [بينم] [موهمد], الّذي هو يكون يمثّل في ال [أوس] عسكريّة عمولات عملية و [أوس] [هبس] مدونة نزاع.

كان سيد [موهمد], بوابة من [كنسنغتون] في لندن, 30 على يوم الخميس أخرى, ويتلقّى يكون احتجزت للسابقة ستّة سنون, أربعة في [غنتنمو] ومن قبل أنّ لاثنان سنون في مغرب وأفغانستان.

بينما الحقوق الإنسان عمولة, [أمنستي ينترنأيشنل] وأخرى أجسام قد ركّز الحركة من وكالة المخابرات الأمريكيّة رحلات يتضمّن في "تمثيل خارق للعادة" من خلال [شنّون] مطار, هذا [ث فيرست تيم] سألت السلطات إيرلنديّة يتلقّى يكون لمعلومة على رحلات خاصّة [أن بهلف وف] معتقلة خاصّة.

اتّفاقا, سيد [موهمد] يتيح حالة [إين كورت] في لندن اليوم, حيث هو يكون يأخذ قضائيّة مراجعات إجراءات على القرار من الحكومة [أوك] لا أن يطلق بيّنة في امتلاكه أنّ ساعد برهنت أنّ هو كان أرجعت بالوكالة المخابرات الأمريكيّة إلى مغرب, حيث هو يدّعي هو كان عذّبت.

[س فر] قد رفض السلطات [أوك] على الأراضي هم يكون لا يحدّون إلى مساعدة في إجراءات قبل محكمة في آخر دولة.

وفقا ل تأجيل, التقى المنظمة [أوك] أنّ يكون يعمل [أن بهلف وف] معتقلات [أوك] في [غنتنمو], عاملات بريطانيّة مع سيد [موهمد] عندما هو كان أوقفت في باكستان, قابلته لثلاثة ساعات, وظاهريّا قلت ال [أوس] أنّ هو كان "لا أحد". قاله عاملات [أوك] أيضا هو كان ذهب أن يكون أرجعت ب ال [أوس] إلى [فورين كونتري].

"عندما أرسلت [بينم] كان كما ينبغي إلى مغرب ل 18 شهور التعذيب, ال [أوك] زوّد [بكغرووند ينفورمأيشن] إلى ال [أوس] أنّ كان استعملت أن يعالجه في ه تعذيب جلسات," تأجيل يقال في شرح مهمّة وثيقة.

سيد [ستفّورد] [سميث] يقال في حرفه إلى سيد [كون] أنّ على قبض سيد [موهمد] كان بالسلطات باكستانيّ على هجرة حشوة في أبريل - نيسان 2002, وأسءت ب على حدّ سواء [أوس] وسلطات باكستانيّ هناك.

أرجعت هو كان بعد ذلك "" إلى مغرب, حيث هو عانى تعذيب, بما في ذلك يتلقّى قضيبه يقطع مع موسى الحلاقة. According to the letter, this treatment was supervised by US agents.

He said that the plane that rendered him to Morocco, number N379P, flew the next day, July 23rd, 2002, to Shannon where it refuelled and the crew stayed overnight before flying on to Washington. Flights logs are enclosed with the letter.

On January 22nd, 2004, Mr Mohammed was “rendered” from Morocco to the so-called “Dark Prison” in Kabul, Afghanistan, where he endured a further five months of torture. According to Mr Stafford Smith, this rendition was also facilitated by Ireland.

The plane that brought him, number N313P, flew from Washington to Shannon on January 16th, where the crew again stayed overnight before flying on to Larnaca in Cyprus and from there to Rabat, where they picked up Mr Mohamed on January 22nd.

Since then he has been held in Guantánamo, in conditions described by Mr Stafford Smith as “worse than any I have witnessed in 25 years of visiting clients on death row across the United States”. Mr Stafford Smith is seeking information from the Irish Government that might assist Mr Mohammed in his defence on any charge of involvement in terrorism and vindicate his claims of having been tortured.

This information sought includes the names of those travelling on the flights, their passport details, the hotel or hotels they stayed in, all records, including telephone records, and all details of those involved in the flights.

Mr Stafford Smith heads the UK branch of Reprieve, which is working on behalf of a number of detainees in Guantánamo.
