A US judge has dismissed a former CIA operative’s lawsuit against senior Bush administration officials, eliminating one of the last court cases over the leaking of Valerie Plame’s identity.Plame, the wife of former ambassador Joseph Wilson, had accused Dick Cheney, the vice-president, and others of conspiring to leak her identity in 2003. قاض امريكى وقد رفضت وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية السابق المنطوق 'sدعوى قضائية ضد كبار المسؤولين في ادارة الرئيس جورج بوش ، والقضاء على واحدة من القضايا المرفوعه امام المحاكم الماضي اكثر من تسريب فاليري plame's identity.plame ، زوجة السفير السابق جوزيف ويلسون ، قد اتهم ديك تشيني ، نائب رئيس الجمهورية ، وآخرين من التآمر لتسريب هويتها في 2003.

US District Judge John Bates dismissed the case on Thursday on jurisdictional grounds and said he would not express an opinion on the US constitutional arguments. قاضي محكمة المقاطعه الامريكية جون بايتس رفضت القضية يوم الخميس لاسباب تتعلق بالاختصاص واعلن انه لن ابداء الرأي بشأن الاميركية الحجج الدستورية.

Bates dismissed the case against all defendants: Cheney, White House political adviser Karl Rove, former White House aide I Lewis “Scooter” Libby and Richard Armitage, a former deputy secretary of state. بايتس رفضت الدعوى المقامة ضد كل من المتهمين : تشيني ، والمستشار السياسي للبيت الابيض كارل rove السابق البيت الابيض المعاون الاول لويس "الدراجه الصغيرة" Libby وريتشارد ارميتاج ، نائب سابق لوزير الدولة.

Plame’s lawyers said they would appeal the decision. Plame 'sالمحامين قالوا انهم سوف يستأنف قرار.
