إسرائيل بين أعلى 10 بلاد يبيع مستحضرات صيدليّة مزيّفة
قد كان إسرائيل يرتّب [10ث] على القائمة ميلان إلى جانب من بلاد يزيّف مستحضرات صيدليّة, وفقا ل السّكان خدمات دوليّة ([بس]), تنظيم يعالج مع [هلث بروبلم] في [دفلوب نأيشن]. نسّقت القائمة ميلان إلى جانب كان أسّس على الرقم الحالات العقار يزيّف يكشف ب ال جائز سلطات في كلّ بلد في 2006.
في إسرائيل, كان هناك 45 يوثّق حالات من الصناعة أو توزيع من هذا عقارات [لست ر].
ال [بس] ظهر [رنكينغ] في وثيقة يعدّ بالكنيسة بحر مركز ويوزّع إلى الصحة, عمّاليّة و [سسل فّير] لجنة لاجتماع استثنائيّ على عقار يزيّف.
بين عقارات [كونترفيتّد] يكون [إيمبوتنسي] عقارات وينحمي عقارات, [أس ولّ س] عقارات إنقاذيّة مثل [ديميتون] ل [هرت فيلور]. أسبوع متأخّرة, يتبع الإكتشاف أنّ كان شحن [ديميتون] شئ مزيّف, [تفا] مستحضرات صيدليّة, أيّ يتسوّق العقار, اضطرّ فتحت خاصّة مستهلكة خطّ هاتفيّ مباشر.
صحة وزارة رسميّة متورّطة في الكفاح ضدّ عقارات مزيّفة يقال "95 نسبة مئويّة من العقارات يباع في صيدليّات إطلاقا دقيقة, غير أنّ أقلقت أنا حول الأخرى خمسة نسبة مئويّة."
يحتوي عقارات مزيّفة [أت بست] [أكتيف ينغردينت] أقلّ, وفي مريضة, لا يحتوي [أكتيف ينغردينت], أو احتويت عناصر أنّ يستطيع تأزّمت مريضة شرط.
يتكوّن العقارات مزيّفة مع بائعات في إسرائيل يشغل تحت صحة وزارة رخصة. يشتري هذا أعمال عقارات حقيقيّة مع المزيّفة أحد من مصادر مختلفة ويوزّعهم إلى صيدليّات, المسؤولة يقال. لا يعرف الصيدليّات ولا المريضات العقارات هم يكون يبيعون شئ مزيّف.
"إن نحن نجد عقارات مزيّفة في الصيدليّات, سيقولنا هم هم يتمّون شغلهم ب يشتري من يرخّص بائعة والصحة وزارة سوفت كنت فحصت أن يرى ما إذا البائعة `نظيفة'," قال المسؤولة. "غير أنّ أنّ يحصل صيدليّات خصوم أحيانا على عقارات مؤكّدة. لما لا أنّ صيدليات يسألون لما العقارات يكون يكون بعت بأقلّ ثمن?"
الكنيسة بحث مركز يفيد وثيقة أنّ الشرطة يصدقون هو سوفت أوصلت ذكاء عمليات في يشكّ [ديستريبوأيشن سنتر] غير شرعيّ.
[لست ر], وفقا ل الوثيقة, اكتشفت عقارات مزيّفة يساوي [نيس] 56 مليون كان في إسرائيل, [نيس] 40 مليون [أف وهيش] كانوا عقارات بيطريّة. شرطة قالوا كان الأرقام حقيقيّة مرجّحة أن يكون كثير [هيغر].
The Finance Ministry has allocated only three positions in a new unit to fight pharmaceutical crime, established a few weeks ago by the Health Ministry.
In fact, there are only two people holding positions in the unit: its head, Miki Arieli, a pharmacist; and retired police superintendent Aharon Grundman. A Health Ministry official said that for a unit to be effective in fighting counterfeit drugs, it should have at staff of at least eight.
The document states that the Justice Ministry, the police and the Health Ministry have noted that sentences for drug counterfeiting are too light to act as deterrents. The law allows for a maximum three-year sentence and a fine of more than NIS 1.4 million for drug counterfeiting.
“In one case, an individual received a sentence of three months’ community service,” an official said.
Arieli said he would be holding a meeting of police and other officials to seek harsher penalties.
