One of the founders of the USA, Thomas Jefferson, said that the US should have a revolution every 20 years or so because “lethargy” is the “forerunner to the death of liberty.” Many more wars and the suppression of our liberties later, President John F. Kennedy said: “Those who make peaceful change impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.” Um dos fundadores do E.U.A., Thomas Jefferson, disse que os E.U. deveria ter uma revolução a cada 20 anos ou assim porque "letargia" é o "precursor para a morte da liberdade."
