HISTORY التاريخ

Ninety-six years ago, the National Committee on Prison Labor (NCPL) presented the following opening and defining statement in Prison Labor (1912) by Ernest Stagg Whitin: وتسعين قبل ست سنوات ، واللجنة الوطنية المعنية العمل السجون (ncpl) عقب افتتاح وعرض بيان وتحديد العمل في السجن (1912) من قبل إرنست stagg whitin :

That same year, the NCPL distributed their 10-cent, 25 page pamphlet, Prison Labor in the Party Platform of 1911-1912, by FS Deibler. تلك السنة نفسها ، ncpl وزعت على 10 فى المائة ، 25 صفحة كتيب ، العمل في السجون منهاج الحزب من 1911-1912 ، من قبل deibler خ م.

Note: The context of this third recommendation, for the “state use” system (of working prisoner labor) was presented as an alternative to the most vicious, vile and murderous “convict lease system” where corporate contractors would routinely beat and work their convict slaves to death. ملاحظه : في سياق هذه التوصيه الثالثة ، ل"الدولة استخدام" نظام العمل السجين العمل) كبديل للأشرس ، والقتل البشعه "ادانة نظام التأجير" متعاقدين من شأنه ان الشركات التي فازت بشكل روتيني والعمل على ادانة العبيد حتى الموت. This temporary change was a great victory for humanitarian, labor, slavery abolition, and reconstruction goals. هذا هو تغيير مؤقت وانتصارا عظيما للانسانية ، والعمل ، والغاء الرق ، واعادة الاعمار الاهداف. CONCLUSIONS الاستنتاجات

While the Inside Prison Slave Community urgently needs outside community and legal interventions on their behalf; they are likewise concerned for us - their outside family, friends, and loved ones, community members, and their outside world. وفي حين أن من داخل السجن الرقيق في حاجة ملحة للمجتمع خارج المجتمع والقانونية التدخل لصالحهم ، وهي المعنية بالمثل بالنسبة لنا -- من خارج الأسرة ، والأصدقاء والأحباء ، واعضاء المجتمع المحلي ، والعالم الخارجي. "هذه الولايه سيكون لهما دور رئيسي في مواجهة الرق في تعاون وثيق مع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة ، وشركائنا من المجتمع المدني ، والضحايا المجموعات" stated.ban كما اكد على ضرورة ان نفهم لماذا وكيف الرق يكون مألوفا في ذلك ' المتحضر 'العمر. “We have to recognize that endemic poverty, social exclusion and widespread discrimination allow this practice to fester,” he said.
