By بواسطة Jon Land جون الاراضي | Police monitoring a proposed fuel protest by truckers on one of the UK’s busiest motorways said today their primary aim is to keep traffic flowing on the route. | مراقبة الشرطة المقترحة من قبل سائقي الشاحنات وقود الاحتجاج على واحد من الطرق السريعه ازدحاما في المملكه المتحدة اليوم والهدف الاساسي منها هو الحفاظ على تدفق حركة المرور على الطريق. Organisers of the demonstration on the M62 in West Yorkshire have predicted up to 170 lorries will take part in the action against high fuel prices. منظمي التظاهره على m62 في غرب يوركشر ان يتنبأ ما يصل الى 170 لوري وسيشارك في العمل من اجل مكافحة ارتفاع اسعار الوقود.
The hauliers plan the go-slow action from 2pm. خطة للشاحنات فان التباطؤ العمل من الساعة الثانية بعد الظهر.
They are expected to start at junction 31, near Castleford, and head westwards to junction 26 south of Bradford. ومن المتوقع ان تبدأ عند تقاطع 31 ، بالقرب من Castleford ، ورئيس غربا الى الجنوب من مفرق 26 برادفورد.
The route will take the protest along a notoriously congested section of the motorway system, including the M1/M62 junction near Leeds. الطريق سيستغرق الاحتجاج على طول قسم من المعروف ان ازدحام السيارات النظام ، بما في m1/m62 بالقرب من مفرق ليدز.
One of the organisers, trucker Rob Sweeting, told BBC Radio Leeds: “Hopefully somebody will listen to us - the Government.” واحدة من الجهات المنظمه ، وسائق الشاحنه روب التفاح ، وقال لهيئة الاذاعة البريطانية ليدز : "نأمل ان احدهم سوف تستمع الينا -- الحكومة".
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: “West Yorkshire Police has been in discussion with the organisers of the protest and our partners in the Highways Agency and comprehensive plans are in place to minimise disruption, ensure public safety and deal effectively with any potential problems. واعلن متحدث باسم الشرطة لغرب يوركشر قال : "غرب يوركشر الشرطة وقد تم في المناقشه مع الجهات المنظمه للاحتجاج وشركاؤنا في وكالة الطرق السريعه والشامله ووضع خطط للتقليل الى أدنى حد تعطيل ، وضمان السلامة العامة والتعامل بفعاليه مع أية مشاكل محتملة.
“We will continue to closely monitor the situation. "سنستمر في رصد الحاله عن كثب.
“Our primary aim is to ensure the continued free flow of traffic on the motorway while allowing lawful, peaceful protest to go ahead. "اهتمامنا الرئيسي والهدف من ذلك هو ضمان استمرار التدفق الحر لحركة المرور على الطريق السريع بينما يسمح القانون ، والاحتجاج السلمي على المضي قدما.
“Anyone found breaking the law will face prosecution.” "كل من وجد خرق القانون سيواجه محاكمة."
