Britain faces a wave of industrial unrest this summer as unions, emboldened by Gordon Brown’s climbdown after the 10p tax revolt, ballot millions of members on strike action. بريطانيا تواجه موجة من الاضطرابات الصناعية في هذا الصيف كما النقابات ، وجراه من قبل غوردون براون climbdown بعد 10p ضريبة التمرد ، والملايين من اعضاء الاقتراع على الاضراب. The YouGov survey put the Tories on 44 per cent, Labour on 26 per cent and the Liberal Democrats on 17 per cent. وقد وضعت الدراسه الاستقصاءيه yougov المحافظون على 44 في المائة ، والعمل على 26 فى المائة والديمقراطيين الاحرار على 17 في المائة.
Ministers around Mr Brown, determined to restore his battered authority, warned union leaders last night not to try to exploit the Government’s difficulties. وزراء حول السيد براون ، مصممة على استعادة السلطة للضرب بلدة ، وحذر زعماء الاتحاد الليلة الماضية ليست محاولة لاستغلال الصعوبات التي تواجهها الحكومة.
But Mark Serwotka, of PCS, the Civil Service union, said: “The 10p tax U-turn has shown that the Government can change its mind and it needs to change its mind on public sector pay. ولكن العلامه serwotka ، والحواسيب الشخصيه ، والخدمة المدنيه ، الاتحاد ، وقال : "ان ضريبة 10p منعطف قد اظهرت ان الحكومة يمكن ان تغير رأيها وانها تحتاج الى تغيير رأيها بشأن الاجور في القطاع العام. People on the minimum wage are facing rising fuel, mortgage and food costs and are being expected to take a pay cut in real terms. الناس على الحد الادنى للاجور تواجه ارتفاع الوقود ، والرهن العقاري وتكاليف الغذاء ويجري المتوقع ان تتخذ قطع الاجر من حيث القيمه الحقيقية. The Government has to act quickly to stem unrest.” على الحكومة ان نعمل بسرعة لوقف الاضطرابات. "
Yesterday teachers staged their first national strike for 21 years, 100,000 civil servants in Jobcentres and benefits offices walked out over pay and workers at Grangemouth oil refinery prepared to strike over changes to pensions. المدرسين في الساحة الرئيسية امس اول اضراب وطنى لمدة 21 سنة ، 100000 موظفي الخدمة المدنيه في المكاتب والمنافع jobcentres انسحب اكثر من الاجور والعمال في مصفاة النفط grangemouth على استعداد لضرب ما يزيد على ادخال تغييرات على المعاشات التقاعديه. Teachers are expected to set more dates for strike action. ومن المتوقع ان المعلمين لتحديد مواعيد لضرب مزيد من العمل.
More than 1.25 million workers in local government are being asked by their unions whether they will accept a 2.45 per cent pay offer. اكثر من 1،25 مليون عامل في الحكومة المحلية ويجري طرحها نقاباتهم ما اذا كانوا سيحصلون على قبول دفع 2،45 في المائة العرض. The unions, including Unison, the GMB and Unite, have recommended that the offer be rejected. النقابات العماليه ، بما في انسجام ، وتوحد GMB ، وقد أوصى ان العرض رفض. If their members throw out the deal and no further acceptable offer is made they will be balloted for strike action. اذا كان اعضاؤها رمى بها الصفقة وعدم توفر اعتماد مقبول سيتم اقترع لالاضراب.

Next month civil servants in the PCS union will decide whether to have a ballot for action across all their 200,000 members in the Civil Service – doubling yesterday’s walkout. الشهر القادم لموظفي الخدمة المدنيه في اجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصى وسوف يقرر ما اذا كان الاتحاد ان يكون عبر اتخاذ اجراءات الاقتراع لجميع اعضاء 200000 في الخدمة المدنيه -- مضاعفة امس انسحاب.
The Royal Mail is locked in talks with the Communication Workers Union and Unite over changes to the pension scheme. البريد الملكي مغلق في محادثات مع اتحاد عمال الاتصالات وتوحد اكثر من ادخال تغييرات على نظام المعاشات التقاعديه. Both Royal Mail’s workers and their line managers have already rejected the pension changes in consultative ballots. كل من عمال البريد الملكي والمديرين التنفيذيين وقد سبق ورفضت المعاشات التقاعديه لموظفي الاستشاري التغيرات في بطاقات الاقتراع.
At Sellafield, engineers and workers are being balloted to reject a 2 per cent pay offer, with another 2 per cent possible only through cost savings. في سيلافيلد ، والمهندسين والعمال ويجري اقترع في رفض اى 2 فى المائة تدفع العرض ، وآخر مع 2 في المائة غير ممكنة الا من خلال وفورات في التكاليف.
One senior source said: “In unions, as with Labour backbenchers, there is a growing mood of impatience and a desire for change. وقال مصدر واحد كبار : "في النقابات ، كما عمل مع اعضاء البرلمان ، وهناك توافق متزايد في مزاج نفاد الصبر والرغبة في التغيير. Pat McFadden, the Cabinet Office minister, issued a warning to unions. بات مكفادين ، مكتب مجلس الوزراء وزير ، تحذيرا الى النقابات. “I have been campaigning in Bilston with the Prime Minister today and it’s absolutely clear that he is determined to stick to his task of leading Britain by maintaining economic stability and not being diverted by industrial action. The simple answer is that the country is going broke what with the war in IRAQ and BROWN when chancellor sold our gold reserves at an all time low , which did not help when he decided to announce before hand that he was going to do so , not a smart move on his part . الجواب البسيط هو أن هذا البلد وكسر ما يحدث مع الحرب في العراق والمستشار براون عندما تباع لدينا احتياطي الذهب في كل مرة منخفض ، مما لا يساعد عندما قرر ان يعلن قبل ومن جهة انه كان الذهاب الى القيام بذلك ، لا التحرك ذكية من جانبه. The government keeps reassuring us that inflation is under control , but what with petrol at 5pounds a gallon and the price of food costing more and more the government are trying too claw back every penny by penalising the working men and women and trying its dam hardest too give as little away as it can by offering the lowest pay rises possible that it thinks that it can get away with , little realising that in their arrogance that they are pushing the ecconomy further and further into a spirraling recession . الحكومة تبقى اطمئنانا الى ان التضخم تحت السيطرة ، ولكن ما مع البنزين في 5pounds غالون واسعار الغذاء بتكلفة اكثر واكثر وتحاول الحكومة ايضا رجوع كل مخلب penalising بيني والعمل من جانب الرجال والنساء ومحاولة سد دورته اصعب جدا كما يعطي بعيدا قليلا لأنه لا يمكن أن يعرض ادنى من الممكن ان ترتفع الأجور انه يعتقد انه يمكن ان تفلت من العقاب ، وادراك ان يذكر في الغطرسه انهم على استقطاب المزيد من ecconomy وspirraling الى مزيد من الركود. The ordinary man and woman on the street is suffering they have been pushed too far this time and they will no longer put up with it and who can blame them? العادي رجل وامرأة على الشارع المعاناة التي دفعت كثيرا هذه المرة ، وأنها لم تعد مطروحه مع انه من ويمكن ان نلومهم؟ . Seems to me that the birds are finaly comming home too roost on this present government and they have no one too blame but themselves! ويبدو لي ان الطيور واخيرا العودة الى وطنهم المجثم جدا على هذه الحكومة الحالية وليس لها اي واحد ايضا ولكن القاء اللوم على أنفسهم! .
